I boarded my 2 large dogs with them and explained my dogs' health issues in detail and was told I would need to pay extra for administering medication to one of them who was suffering with an ear infection and allergies. When I picked him up his ear infection was WORSE, his allergies much worse and he had developed a skin infection that was bright red and visible, and his anxiety was off the charts in spite of being on anti-anxiety medication. Both of my dogs smelled of urine and when I unpacked the remaining food, treats, + medication, it was obvious that they were not provided with all of their medications or treats.

Twice my dog has been brought to me smelling of urine, with urine on the leash and harness. there was urine on his stomach and chest today, and I had to bathe him the last time I brought him because he stunk of urine (but I brushed it off because I didn't want to believe they'd give me my dog back like that) so bathing him again less than two weeks later is not going to be okay for his skin- and also he shouldnt have been laying in pee. for any reason. I also have two photos time stamped, showing a kennel torn apart and what looks like urine, still sitting there thirty minutes later. Got her on Sunday (they let u do a 3-5pm pick up) and expected a filthy mess of a traumatized pup ..instead .she was clean and happy. The front office employees knew so much detailed info on how her stay was so I knew she was watched and cared for. She came home acting like she never spent two nights in a kennel...to me that says a lot. I have boarded dogs in the past who needed a few days to recoup, but that was not our experience here with her. I'm very pleased and I would definitely bring her back here again.
