I like the fact that they "play and stay" I never worry about them (a little) as if I left him to stay with friends ect.

Luckily, we found Kate and she put all of our worries aside. After meeting Kate, we knew she was our answer on training these puppies. They entered the Day Camp program. It was amazing how quickly they learned and how much they loved going and being with Kate. Kate's love for these dogs is quite obvious and her training is exceptional. We now have a life long relationship with Kate and the puppies continue to participate in group training sessions. Our puppies are often complimented on their wonderful behavior.

I took her in to PetU for an assessment and they told me exactly what I needed and layed out all of my options for me. After talking it over, I decided on placing her in their Board and Train program. I was incredibly nervous and felt terrible since she had only ever been away from me for two days before, but the people at PetU really did a lot to reassure me that what I was doing was in her best interest. Being the overprotective mom that I am, I left all kinds of information about her and called during the week to check on her. They were always very understanding and even encouraged me to check in whenever I felt I needed to. They even gave me a full tour and showed me where she would be staying so I had a better understanding of how the program is set up. (And so I knew she would be comfortable and happy where she was.) When I went for my first training visit, I could already tell a difference in her behavior. By the last week of the program, she was the best I had ever seen her! She was less anxious in public, walked great on a leash, listened to commands, and was even playing with the other dogs instead of running away in fear. I almost cried seeing the difference in her from her first to last day. She not only learned a lot during her stay, but really seemed to enjoy being there. On top of that, her trainer Norka really helped me to understand some of her behaviors and how to prevent her from losing her training. In the end, I'd say I had a tougher time during her program than she did! We've got her signed up for daycare from now on so she can keep seeing her new friends (both human and dog). I would definitely recommend stopping in at PetU for anything you and your dog might need!

I unfortunately being away from home could not attend to this matter but what's most unfortunate is that the company did not care enough to even apologize for this incident. All they said was, I knew what I was signing up for when I put ink on that contact. Also, the other owners dog NEVER reached out to me to at minimum apologize and we were left to care for ourselves. It's unfortunate that some business only care for the money and not the pets.

He showed up to pick up my dog with no vehicle ,he promised to take my dog to the park to play with other dogs because my dog needs to interact with other dogs and send me pictures. none of that happened. He kept my credit card information and charged my card almost $500 . he asked for a down payment for his insurance which I authorized but he went behind my back and charged 493 almost for what? I have called him several times but he wouldn't answer or return my calls and text messages, He is fake and fraudulent! Please dog owners do not use his services! Be careful!

The groomer (with a giant hickey on her neck) seemed displeased with the fact we waited so long even though we have trimmed him up and shaved him down plenty of times at home before. Then, his shots (specifically rabies's) were not on file. Even though we got them at that location. After finding the email and proving he was up-to-date, she still seemed upset. The whole interaction, she kept on saying how it was such a pain in the ass. This phrase was repeated multiple times by her. After dropping him off and waiting for 2 hours I got the text that he was ready. I headed in right then and the first thing she says to me was 'you've got to be kidding me'. She said he didn't do great, especially around his face, which I thought was completely normal especially for a puppy. Once I paid and had my dog we left. He was extremely skiddish and seemed totally different. It also looks like he only got his face, paws, and behind cleaned up. Even though we paid for a full haircut. Moral of the story: DONT TAKE YOUR DOG TO PETCO. Update: I called the store a couple hours after, at around 5pm. I stayed on hold for about 5 minutes and was met with the automated reply. After waiting on hold I was told no one, not a manager nor a customer service employee could come to the phone. I left a message and was told I'd get a reply, but I have not.

I had a fish given to me last minute, so it was currently being housed in a small container for the moment. I was preparing to move it to a larger tank, in a few weeks once it was set up. After searching for 15 mins, I finally found a worker to help me. I asked for a fish. He didn't ask what fish, what for, or anything. Immediately started questioning my tank and choices. To be honest, I didn't answer all of his questions. I just wanted one freaking feeder fish! He then told me I would kill my fish and that he felt comfortable saying that because I looked like an adult who wouldn't cry. He had no idea what I was getting a $.30 fish for. Little did he know, he was a feeder fish for a turtle. So instead of buying a new set up for a fish I had at home, I unpacked my cart and left. Absolute terrible service. To top it all off, the fish tanks there had multiple dead fish in them and extremely dirty. I typically go to the location to get food for my bearded dragon, dog and cat- however, I won't be returning. Too many bad experiences with this one being the worst

WYWO has so many people trained on how to give insulin and they even trained people on how to do it with my cat Simba and I got a couple of free visits for it and I thought that was awesome! Makes me more comfortable leaving him with pet sitters. My cat Simba loves when they come over and see him and they do everything I request them to do. I love seeing his pictures and updates! Especially when I see what his award was for the day and that usually is "snuggle bug" the owner is great and so are the sitters! Would 10/10 recommend!
