I never really come out this way much, but my puppies had a dental cleaning in the area. Today, true to hurricane season and Florida weather, it was sunny then the next minute, it was raining! So, I was hoping further out west, it would be sunnier and the rain will take it's time catching up. And thankfully, it did! I was able to enjoy this beautiful new park with my puppies and they had a blast. They got to socialize with new buddies and check out a new spot opposed to their regular spot, they're Yelpers too ;) Anywho, down to the specifics, the park is so well-kept. The park has a little mini parking lot specifically for the dog park (and something else, I can't recall, sorry) which makes the car to park transfer convenient, the parks are well divided by size, separated by gates, essy to enter and exit the gates (makes a big difference when you're holding two puppies), spacious for running, many spots to sniff and snoof, lots of doggy bags, trash cans, and seating areas (benches and a little pavilion), a view of the lake and big dog area...!!! This is the spot if I'm ever in the area and honestly, even if I'm not, it's that good! We'll be back! read more

My pup and I love this dog park. We found it a few years ago when we started to visit Florida in the winter. He has made many friends here and we often plan times to get together. It's clean and well maintained and the scenery is outstanding. I love the water stations, the pooh bags available (though I bring my own) and a wash station for those muddy days. The only thing we have found is this year, it doesn't seem to be available most weekends when other events are taking place elsewhere in the area. There have been 2 Saturdays in a row that we haven't been able to go, and believe me, I pay the price of his not going. These events use our parking but no alternative is available or other animals are there and they feel it could cause a conflict with our dogs, Since we don't have Daylight Savings Time, we can't go when their events are over. I hope this won't be every Saturday. That's a huge waste of the best dog park around. read more

Living like, a minute away is super awesome, makes this place killer convenient. Since it's a dog park, I am going to be brief and concise. The bad: -Closed 12-3 on wednesdays for maintenance. Yes, as I am well aware, this is quite necessary, and I guess they assume the height of the day is when people are busy. But they could also do it at like 7 on a monday morning. -The people. It being Boca, one of the worst things about this park is that it attracts all types of irresponsible dog owners who have aggressive dogs and are clearly in denial of it. If your dog is a larger puppy still too small for the big dogs, you will without a doubt encounter neurotic weirdos who will, besides shock you with their lack of knowledge of dogs, but likely shame you out with accusations that your puppy (who is obviously playful) is attacking their four-hundred year old shih tzu. People have no problem getting vocal, as Ive definitely heard some human fights escalate. But the death glares are equally effective. Then there are the guys who "don't believe in neutering their male dogs", but yet, insist on bringing them to the dog park. Of course they don't feel similarly about female dogs, but then again, I believe human males should be sterilized as well, so... In all seriousness though, this is stipulated on the rules posted at the door, and if you have any common sense at all, you wouldn't want to be at the dog park with a huge pit bull and his pit balls = unpredictable. This is a nice, expansive park, with plenty of room to even just take your dog for a walk or running, but at the same time, you should also be diligently aware, as the biggest liability are the irresponsible owners. read more

Just recently started coming here. Been to this dog park twice now and it's very nice. 3 separate fenced in areas, separate from each other. Perfect for dogs of all sizes, from small to large. They have a washing station (yay) and even fountains for dogs (& humans). A few shaded areas, benches, paved walkways around each park, what more could you ask for. Some of the pet owners don't seem all that friendly, BUT, you get that anywhere you go, not just here. Will definitely be coming back from time to time, when my Frenchie needs to release some cooped up energy! Lol. read more

Great location though far from everything. You gotta make this spot a mission to go here, but a well worthy pit stop if you're in the area.

This dog run is clean and spacious. It's set up in three sections - 2 for large dogs which alternate on opening and 1 for smaller dogs. There is also a dog wash area for after play! There are bags for clean up in each section as well as doggy and people water fountains in each. Parking is plentiful. There is a gazebo in each section and benches around the walking path in each dog run, but be warned that there isn't very much shade outside the pavillion! read more

Large and in charge. Convenient. Clean. Cool people. Canine Heaven. We love it here because of the proximity to our residence. Having two separate parks for larger and smaller canines is great. Plenty of space, amenities (washing area), and great walking paths are ideal. Great use of public funds and congratulations to the county for the splendid addition to the park. read more

This is a really nice park. Lots of space and best of all, 3 size sections (small up to 25 lbs, medium 25-50 lbs and large over 50 lbs). People and dogs are nice. Really bad when it rains but overall pretty good. read more

Saturday afternoon around 6pm it was pretty packed, a lot of dogs and benches to sit. Very clean and location is great. Very cool experience seeing our dog have the time of his life running around. Right now there is a separation for large and small dogs; word around the street is there is construction starting for a medium dog area soon. read more

This place is GREAT! Separate fenced play areas for large and small dogs. Each has a gazebo, several benches, water with a fountain low enough for dogs, plenty of grassy area and a paved walkway. There are also plenty of stations with plastic bags and garbage pails for the cleanup. It's very clean and well-maintained. Take your dog out for a great time! read more

This dog park I'm giving it three stars because it's a very nice park and it has three different dog parks for small, medium and large . The people that come here aren't very friendly this is boca for you even though it says Delray is closer to boca . Also they aren't very organize when they have activities . They have too many activities and they aren't accommodating to the cars that are passing by . They had a marathon and it was a mission trying to get in the park with a bunch of pedestrians everywhere. They didn't even have someone directing traffic and when we tried to leave they made us go around so yeah not too organize . I mean if you're gonna have any type of event just close the dog park or do something where you also help those who are just trying to bring their dogs to the park and not just think of the events because you're trying to make money. I do not recommend coming on weekends is usually over crowded or with unplanned events and no warnings... read more

Not much to to say except the park is well maintained, friendly dogs, and right next to playgrounds so if you have children you can keep an eye on them and your pup playing at the same time. They have an area to wash your dog and water fountains so bring a water bowl . read more
