For daycare, my puppy and I are welcomed with a big smile and a big hello to us both. When he is picked up, the staff tells us who he played with and how he did. They even are helping us train him to get comfortable in a kennel. During his boarding stay the staff went above and beyond to say the least. They gave him extra love when he would get nervous- they even put him in a thunder jacket to calm his worries. Amazing. We are so thankful. They took Christmas photos of him after a complementary bath which were adorable! They communicated so well (and fast) so that we were at ease being far away. The groomer was very hipster, reasonably priced, very patient and gentle with two dogs that sometimes can get a little frustrating. I would go back in a heartbeat. She did a bang-up job on the two dogs, was very patient with all three of us, and is a cool little inde-local business owner that I'd happily support as long as these dogs are with me.

The owner, who happens to be a sun prairie police officer, was extremely rude and condescending and decided to inform my wife that we couldn't post bad reviews of his company because free speech is only for the government. Based on the pictures, they seem to have a blast every time! My border collie is very nervous so it's great seeing pictures of him meeting other dogs. My dogs are able to share a kennel, which is very important to me. They are a bonded pair and my border collie always has to keep an eye on my Shih Tzu. Knowing they'll be together is a huge relief.

She always brings attention to possible concerns for me watch ie redness around penis, ear problems etc. She listens to me about health concerns ie hearing/vision, temperament ie possible biting or skittishness, how short or long to cut. I'm currently on 4 dogs needing grooming. Deb suggested I try bringing in two at a time. She followed up a few sessions later to see how it was working & whether or not I wanted to go back to bringing all 4 at once again. A few yrs ago, I had an emergency foster needing grooming. I took to Petsmart East. Worse grooming experience! I now watch through their window and watch the groomers.Not the most patient groomers-watch how they tug the leash or push down on the dogs. I found Deb based on a co-worker's recommendation after a horrible experience with now defunct groomer at Noah's Ark. The groomer shaved so close on muzzle he had razor burns! Hopefully Deb will have recommendation when she retires (which I hope is not in the near future)!!

We had so many questions as first time pet owners (dog) and they were patient answering all our questions. They did a thorough job of looking at our pup and suggesting preventative treatments. They do suggest flea tick and heart worm treatments, which some people may see as an upsell, however I see that as they are really passionate about protecting animals health.
