Before training, Luna lacked confidence, was anxious, and barked constantly to demand attention. She was terrible on walks, constantly pulling and chasing anything that moved, and storms left her trembling. Since she was not food motivated, I felt completely out of my depth trying to train her. Joe's program was thoughtful and structured, with a midpoint check-in and an in-home turnover session that made the transition seamless. Communication from Joe and Raylee was excellent, and we always knew how she was doing. Since training, Luna is a different dog in the best way. She is calm, no longer barks in your face, is confident during storms, and is a total pro on walks. Her recall is fantastic, she understands 'place' and 'down,' and she is more focused when learning new behaviors. She even swims now. She used to avoid the pool, but now she hops in with Wednesday and loves it. At home, she is more relaxed, sleeps better, eats regularly, and gets along beautifully with her sister dogs. The Endless Pawsibilities facility is clean, well run, and clearly prioritizes safety and comfort. Joe is patient, structured, attentive, and truly cares about the dogs and the process. To sum up my review below: Sammye is a lifesaver…read more When I first got my puppy, I thought I was doing all the things right, playing crate games, working on obedience, etc, but still wound up with a pup with horrible separation anxiety. I tried every online tutorial and blog, working for months on my own trying to gradually desensitize my dog to being alone. After months of little to no progress, I was starting to worry I'd have a dog with life long panic attacks who I could never leave alone. I tried several private trainers, who more or less parroted the same things I was reading online and had already tried on my own. Anytime I left the house I either had to take my pup with me or pay someone from rover if I couldn't find an available friend to watch her. I had several months off before starting a new job, and I treated training my dog like a full time job yet still wasn't making progress. Sammye's reverse board and train changed everything. After a few weeks of reverse board and train days (The trainer comes to your house for several hours to work on a problem in the dogs home environment), I now have a dog who I can leave at home without a second thought. No crying, no whining, and certainly no more panic attacks! Sammye was always very respectful of my home and I always felt comfortable leaving her with my pup and a house key. As a bonus, my pup was always exhausted after a full day of working with Sammye, which meant I got to enjoy a tired out, snuggly pup when I got home. Sammye was incredibly patient with her, and used positive reinforcement methods that aligned with my own philosophy (I can't say the same of the other trainers I tried). Sammye was so professional and clearly very knowledgeable in her field, and I cannot recommend her enough. If I could give her 10 stars I would. We have been using Bayside to board our dogs for years and never had an issue, until this time…read more We received a call on Sunday from one of the managers stating our dog had a nosebleed during her bath at bayside. It was a lot of blood, so much so that she drove in to see what had happened. *My dog has never had a nosebleed before. The young lady working the front desk really needs some training on customer service. She gave my wife incorrect information during drop off. When we picked our dog up and were asking for an explanation to why she told us what she did and why there was soo much blood during her bath. The girl just kept staring blankly at her computer. One of the other employees at the front desk read what the manager who had left for the day had written. . So much for the healthy pet guarantee. We have an appointment with our vet to have her checked out. The only positive takeaway would be the intake employees. They have always been kind and I feel they really care about the animals.

They've known him since they could carry him around with one hand. And they helped us when it was time to say goodbye to our loving cat Abigail. She was with us for 27 years. It felt as if one of our own children had passed. And they were with us every step of the way. Checking in on us. Sending us cards. Even on the anniversary of her passing. When ever Rerun or Goose have to go in for anything, they act as if it were a trip to a friend's house. Who wouldn't want that for their pets. Especially when we have to leave them behind. Whether for a trip or just the day. Our Animals are always looking happy when we drop them off or pick them up. That does my heart good.

TLC is the ONLY place I trust for my cat, Nala's care and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM…read more They are always there when I need them- for example - A few years ago, I was only 100 miles into our first cross-country road trip when my cat, Nala, started getting "motion sickness". He wasn't eating or drinking and he started vomiting every few minutes. I called TLC and told them I was traveling back east on the interstate and needed an OTC medicine that I could find at a truck stop or gas station mini-mart for Nala's motion sickness. Dr. Richardson got on the phone, and started consulting her medical books to determine a safe OTC medicine I could give Nala, the correct SAFE dosage, frequency, and advised of the best way to administer it to my cat. I immediately sought out the medicine and gave Nala the first dose, as instructed. Within 20 minutes, Nala was feeling better, drinking water again, and resting comfortably. Dr. Richardson called me back two more times during the next 48 hrs to check on Nala's status and I was happy to advise Nala did great throughout the rest of the 1,500 mile road trip with no more incidents. That level of genuine care and emergency veterinary support I received in that situation with my cat, while traveling (**without any compensation**) is something I have never before experienced with a veterinarian and that is why I ONLY trust the veterinarians at TLC Animal Hospital to care for my (current and future) FURR-BABIES. For those concerned about costs - I understand, however, TLC DOES cooperate with online sites, such as 1-800 PETMEDS. PLEASE NOTE: ***TLC also DOES NOT include ADJUVENTS in VACCINES!! We have tried on several occasions to visit in person over a 2-year time period to view animals and no one is around during posted hours. Today, a miracle! We talked to a lady exiting the gate who rudely said you must set an appointment. She did not know I was calling the number while my husband was talking to her. He noticed she looked at the phone ringing. She ignored the calls. It is our belief this "adoption center" is not amiable to adopting out the captured pets. We hope they are not unnecessarily euthanizing animals.
