Drinks looked nothing like the pictures. No candy at all just a regular drink that honestly didn't even taste that great

This is in the old Navy seafood building, across from Church's Chicken. I have no idea how I never noticed that the building was occupied again. A friend came into town and wanted to drink so I looked up this place. I'd been to the location in Friendswood and remembered that it was a franchise so I looked for what was closet to where we were at the time. The lobby is closed and they are drive-thru only. I'm not sure if that's due to covid or if it was in place pre-pandemic (or even if this place was here pre-pandemic lol) but we didn't mind. There was only one person working so it took a few minutes before we could place our order. Sadly, three of the most popular flavors were out of stock, meaning we couldn't order a Sunrise or a Sunset. I ended up getting an Incredible Hulk while my friend ordered the Island Breeze. When we got to the window we were informed that the Island Breeze wasn't frozen yet and that we could pick something else. There weren't any other fruity flavors so we opted to wait a few minutes, which is how long they said it would take to freeze. We finally got our drinks and left. They were really good. The consistency was that of an Icee or a slushie which isn't a bad thing. The flavors were good and the drinks were strong without giving us headaches. The added candy was a nice touch. They were also relatively inexpensive for the size. I would definitely try them again. Even this location, despite the few mishaps which could have just been circumstantial. read more

Whenever I'm going to chillax on this side this side of town I always bring Candy Shack Daquiris in hand. They also have fried appetizers lol but maybe next time I always say. Each time I pull up there's always a friendly voice on the other end that never rushes me and offers to help if I have any questions. You know how we do, pull up and start and order then changes it then asks about another item on the menu? Well that's me lol when I come here. My daughter and I renamed the Baby Mamma Drama to Baby Daddy Drama, this flavor is made out if vodka. Next time I'll be sure to try one of their other flavors or make my own concoction of flavors. After you make your transaction, situate yourself, don't sip as bad as you may want to, put both hands on the steering wheel, look straight ahead and go directly to you destination. read more

The daiquiri's are on point! I get a little feel good each time. I've only been through the drive thru each time never inside. The drive thru is great though. It can have a slight line but that's only because they make each drink on order and I've seen some cars with multiple orders. I've had good abs friendly service. I am still birthday celebrating. decided to try a drink Candy Shack. I decided to go through the drive through, I had a fruity pebble daiquiri with candy. Well it was delicious and had the right amount of alcohol. I hate the fact that they served food but you have to go inside to get. No food through the drive through. I could not find the business on the internet to call a order in and then pick-up. The Candy Shack is a little expensive in my opinion because it is a franchise. The cups and straws are cute that the drink comes in, but why pay extra for fancy. I will be back though read more

I am glad to see this place is almost up and running at full capacity. The inside is open for ordering and takeout which for the majority of the COVID lockdowns it has not been. There is no chairs but you can stand and enjoy your drink. I brought my girlfriend as she was craving a daiquiri and though this is a bit out of the way I figured though I'm not drinking I can at least eat the delicious gummy worms that the drinks are topped with. My girlfriend was very pleased with the daiquiri. I told her to get the sunrise as it's the closest to a fruit punch flavor. There was only a couple things that my girl wasn't feeling about candy shack. First there was the wait. If you are ordering drive-thru be prepared to wait at least 15-20 minutes even if you are the only car in the line. If there are more cars add 6 minutes per car. I personally don't mind because I usually don't come if I'm in a hurry. There was also the additional shot which must've been some real bottom shelf liquor because it froze! So for an event my friends and I decided we wanted to pregame due to the festivities that were taking place that evening. One of my friends suggested a sweet place "Candy Shack" and I was all in. When we arrived the location is notably in the heart of third ward. The building looks just like the name , a cute shack with a billboard that draws your attention. Once parking we walked in and was hit by an overwhelming smell of sweetness, I loved it , it was as if this screamed Willy Wonka but with drinks. To the left of us on the wall you have many tables to sit and play games provided by the restaurant and you also have a chalk wall where you can write your name for people to either follow you or just leave a stamp of who you are. The machines are high tech , so when ordering you can Apple Pay or the old fashion way. Our drinks were made on the spot , super fresh, and definitely sweet! I will recommend this place to anyone who hasn't tried it, it'll definitely knock off your socks. read more

Drinks are amazing ! Customer service extremely trash ! Arrived at 11:19 p.m. , online says it closes at 12 a.m . Drove 40 minutes just to be told we only have a non alcoholic virgin drink ! The drinks are good depending on your taste, only thing that is distasteful is how early they close before the actual time online. This has happened 3 times. Be mindful of what time you're getting drinks if you're out late. read more

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! My sister and I went here yesterday and it was a complete mess. When walking in we were greeted by a light skin woman with curly hair and she was super sweet, she is the only reason this place gets one star. The people at the cash register was very rude and didn't say anything because they were to busy talking to their friends who walked in. We did not get service until they walked out. When we did finally get serviced the girl behind the counter was rude and not helpful. When we got our drinks, we sat down and the man on the register began to have a loud convo behind us about his thanksgiving plans, while cussing. The drinks were horrible because they had a freezer burned taste to them and we ended up throwing them away because of the taste and the loud conversation the boy was having on the phone. read more

They over charged me then lied and said they gave me a refund I was by myself and they charged me 15.16 for one drink they are ghetto asf and have no manners and lied just to get me to pull off I called my bank who confirmed that there was no refund issued I even paid the 8.20 for my drink again after they over charged me because the lady said she issued a whole refund do not go here i also witnessed the same lady's making drink and touching people candy with no gloves on at all and to make matters worse one of the girls was digging in the fry basket eating while asking me if I wanted candy on top read more

Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced! I was not greeted when walking in and they put all of the samples I wanted to try in one sample cup so I couldn't even get an actual taste of each drink because they were all mixed together. The cashiers were on the phone cursing and yelling with their friends which made me feel very uncomfortable. I was ignored when trying to ask about the different specials they had.
