I can't even tell you how many times I have been in this store over the years- it's kinda ridiculous. I wasn't going to go in- but John practically ran to the door. I literally like just seeing the candy from my childhood. I rarely actually feel the need to buy something. John however bought a small bag of goodies. The kids were both well behaved and followed my lead of look but don't get sucked into buying. My daughter and I are both trying to be good with sweets. Still a fun store to go to every time.

Candy selection was great, the woman staffing was horrible! she was outright RUDE to everyone who entered and purchased while we were there. Unbelievable. I hope someone alerts the owners.

Bugs in my Milk Duds. Can't see expiration on candy because individually sold from main packaging. Almost threw up.

Owner seems to have no desire to respond to my calls. My candy was stale and the Milk Duds had holes in them where bugs were crawling in and out. Unfortunately I noticed this after putting one in my mouth and almost threw up everywhere when I spit it out and watched bugs come out of the piece that was in my mouth. Seeing as I was willing to pay the overpriced fees for a mixed bag of candy I really wasn't expecting old infested crap. I got several Milk Dud boxes and they all had this problem while other bugless candies tasted 100 years old.

Candy Barrel is pretty expensive but it has a huge variety of candy from fudge, to mints, to gummy bears. It's totally worth it here and I recommend treating yourself for a treat here.

Disappointed! The gummy candies were stale and over priced!! Fun to look at all the different candy but won't be back!

It's nice to shop in a store in this community that's real. You'll find every food and ingredient and product from Greece that you know, including a couple aisles of dry foods, a wall of refrigerated and frozen foods, some soaps and cosmetics, and even wine. As always, we got one of their five kinds of by-the-ounce bulk feta cheese, and sometimes we'll get one of around a dozen other bulk Greek cheeses. Of course we got fresh tasty olive oil and phyllo dough. Sometimes a tasty wine from Greece. When they have it, we get a sweet Mavrodaphni, which reminds us of friends who brought some back for us once from a summer job in the islands. By the way, park carefully. There is little street parking near here. And nearby stores and restaurants are serious that parking is only for their patrons, which seems fair.

I saw tons of different Greek seasonings, and hot sauces cheesecake ball mixes, dip seasonings. All kinds of stuff. It was pretty cool to see. I know there's not as much variety at Publix or Walmart but you will find some extraordinary ones here. 4 stars because I did think that the price was a little bit more but the area is quite touristy so that makes sense to me!
