Such a fun shop with tasty ice cream!…read more I had the opportunity to sample a few flavours. The banana cream pie tasted so much like real banana and not artificial banana. The star spangled cookie had a great base flavour and wasn't overpowering with the cookie mix-in. The shop also has plenty of trinkets, squish toys and candis available for purchase.

You have to sample a few to make sure you choose the right ice cream! Had the chocolate chip Cookie Dough waffle cone, which was delicious, surprisingly more ice cream with one scoop than I thought. Old school feel with a few tables, but mostly a order and go place. Park was not too far away and Main Street is perfect for walking with ice cream. Does require a little bit of patience due to the wait time, but would definitely go back.

Five stars for service! Four for available assortment. This is a smaller Rocky Mountain because it…read moreshares space w/ Cold Stone Creamery; it's been located in this building for a little over 2 yrs, according to Kaylyn, an INCREDIBLY good representative for both businesses. (This young woman was naturally warm, friendly, helpful, & efficient; what an asset she is! I'd be happy to claim this young woman as my own:) The interior (& exterior) were spotless. The Cold Stone counter is attached, & both companies share a register (& employees). The chocolate choices were rather limited compared to what patrons will find in a full Rocky Mountain Chocolate shoppe (i.e. St Augustine), but the chocolate apples, chocolate strawberries (none available today because they MUST be pre-ordered), & a few other confections are created on site. The remaining chocolates are delivered by the company. Another big drawback is that you won't find Rocky Mountain's delicious fudge here. The fudge is phenomenal (the best I've ever eaten...other than my mum's), so its rather sad that it is never available. Additionally, there is no individual pricing on the apple display; adding that information would be helpful since they fall within a $3 price range. The plus side is that prices @ this location are lower-- $4.95 to $7.95 for an apple opposed to $7.99 to $9.99 in the St Augustine shoppe (for example), & $1.50 per dipped strawberry rather than $3.50. Misc. chocolates @ both locations cost $23.50 per pound. (Frozen Cheesecake & sugar-free chocolates are available.) Catering is available-- grab a brochure from the candy counter. There are many different candy packages available, & personalization is offered. Delivery w/ or without set-up are options. Are the chocolates sold here good? Nope. Not good. But they ARE excellent! (I am very popular w/ friends & neighbors now that I've found this chocolate company:) I'll definitely return for the strawberries & apples, & say a prayer that fudge will one day be sold @ this location:) Thank you, Kaylyn, for your recommendation of the MILK CHOCOLATE SEA SALT CARAMEL, my new favorite. It is INCREDIBLE! It & the Raspberry Caramel are indeed VERY good, as were you:)

The shop has a wide variety of sodas, candies, and of course, ice cream. Prices are reasonable, and service was quick and friendly. I ordered two scoops of ice cream in a cup, and the portion was huge--I couldn't even finish it. The ice cream itself was very sweet, almost too sweet for me, but still enjoyable as a treat. I'm not sure if they make the ice cream in-house, but it definitely tastes like they don't skimp on the sugar. Overall, it was a fun stop and a great spot if you're craving something sweet!
