I am so happy that I have found someone as talented and personable as Jeff here in Johnson City. It is truly a great gift to Johnson City to get someone with his resume and skills. I asked him about how he was doing on time since I know my hair takes more than most people anticipate and he let me know that he always schedules plenty of time because if he doesn't want to rush and let quality suffer.
