So it was her husband, Richard and his 16 year old daughter taking the pictures. I was not told beforehand so it was news to me and too late to find anyone else. He had us crouch down to take photos guaranteeing that they would look great. Nope we look crouched down and awkward. We never made the album with them because there were not many photos that I would want to look at forever. Maybe it was an off situation but I would not recommend them. We wanted sunset shots and I got a shot of our hands and an awkward faces in some that missed a sunset. We felt not photogenic, which is terrible to say. Then realized that it was the photographer and not us. I wish I spent more versus trying to stay within a budget.

Her husband stayed well beyond what we paid for (they are so generous) ensuring he captured the perfect photos from our wedding. He took an unbelievable amount of flattering angles and was very creative with suggesting poses. Would 100% recommend for any and all events!!

Mari is truly the best in the business! From the moment I…read morestarted looking for a wedding planner, I felt completely overwhelmed--until I spoke with Mari. On our very first call, we instantly clicked. She asked all the right questions about our budget, aesthetic, and the overall feel I wanted for our wedding. Before we even officially booked her, she suggested Coconut Palm Inn as a potential venue. That alone showed how much she genuinely cares about her clients and their vision. The next week, I toured Coconut Palm Inn and immediately fell in love--it was exactly what I had imagined. In just one conversation, Mari understood my vision perfectly. My fiancé and I wanted an "Old Florida" feel throughout our wedding, and Mari nailed it, from the venue down to the vendor recommendations. She kept me on budget (which I so appreciated!) and found creative alternatives to make my Pinterest dream wedding come to life. Her communication and professionalism are unmatched--she's detail-oriented, organized, and always follows up. She even sends recap notes after phone calls so you can review everything later, which was a total game changer during the planning process. Working with Mari over the past year has been such an honor. Yes, she was our wedding planner, but I also gained an incredible friend in the process. It's rare to meet someone who can make one of the most stressful experiences feel effortless and fun. Mari is an absolute rockstar in the wedding industry. Her team, her perspective, her attention to detail--everything is top-notch. If you're looking for someone to bring your dream wedding to life while keeping you calm, supported, and excited every step of the way, Mari is the planner you want in your corner
