He had us crouch down to take photos guaranteeing that they would look great. Nope we look crouched down and awkward. We never made the album with them because there were not many photos that I would want to look at forever. Maybe it was an off situation but I would not recommend them. We wanted sunset shots and I got a shot of our hands and an awkward faces in some that missed a sunset. We felt not photogenic, which is terrible to say. Then realized that it was the photographer and not us. I wish I spent more versus trying to stay within a budget.

We are at…read morethe Faro Blanco resort ( Hilton curio) and they were very kind to accommodate us last minute and drive all the way out ( for a fee) for our maternity shoot. I was definitely a little nervous going into the shoot, not knowing what the expect and the weather was a little windy too. We were also not familiar with the resort yet to know what were some good photo ops etc. Jose and Cynthia made us feel at ease right from the get go - they were somewhat familiar with the area and were quickly able to scope out and arrange for great photos. Jose did a lot of work behind the lens while Cynthia sweetly directed us, while also taking some very specific stylized pictures. We did at least 5-6 different spots at the resort, with clear and easy direction from Cynthia. They continued to show us their work on camera as we went through the shoot, chatting and joking with us, making us feel at ease. Their composition skills for photos are excellent, with a keen eye on lighting, props etc. I obviously haven't seen the final product yet, but given our excellent experience with the couple, I would highly recommend them. What we saw of photos on their camera, I have no doubts the photos will turn out good. Their service definitely comes at a premium price, but I think it's totally worth it
