On 6/2/20 Mr. Haase confirmed that the owner countered my offer to $625,000. On 6/6/20 Mr. Haase confirmed that the owner had signed the counter and faxed it to his office. On 6/7/20 Mr. Hasse said he didn't receive the fax. I am left wondering if he pushed another contract so he could get the 6% commission. If you are owner, watch out for this. In my view: UNETHICAL!! We need to stop those realtors that would only look at their earnings vs. doing what's ethical or follow the rules.
