On 6/2/20 Mr. Haase confirmed that the owner countered my offer to $625,000. On 6/6/20 Mr. Haase confirmed that the owner had signed the counter and faxed it to his office. On 6/7/20 Mr. Hasse said he didn't receive the fax. I am left wondering if he pushed another contract so he could get the 6% commission. If you are owner, watch out for this. In my view: UNETHICAL!! We need to stop those realtors that would only look at their earnings vs. doing what's ethical or follow the rules. Olesya was ever the professional during the planning process with her quick responses. On the day of, she met me as soon as I walked in the door. Her light and loving attitude helped me relax and let me enjoy our special wedding day. She was a "ninja" during the ceremony taking photos of the moments I will keep forever.
