We had Al's install "wall-to-wall" carpeting in an office in our home. The carpeting itself is…read morevery nice but the installation is unbelievable. They ran the carpeting up to the doorways, and then crudely cut the carpeting around the trim. Then, on two walls they stopped the carpeting about 1 to 2 inches from the wall. On other walls, they simply turned the carpeting up against the wall. We cannot imagine what the installer was thinking (or not). We have called the office, to which their reply is "We'll get back to you" and of course they don't. UPDATE: Okay, Wayne, Al's son came over, saw that the job hadn't been done properly. He said, and follow through on not leaving until it was fixed. They moved the furniture, re-oriented the carpet, and it now looks very good and is fit perfectly in the room. Thanks to Al's for realizing that the initial crew sent out was inept, and fixing all of the problems as well as insisting on NOT being paid until the work was done right.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a…read morenightmare. I had two units done by them and I am beyond furious. First of all, the equipment they use is embarrassingly cheap and their machines are so small, it's almost laughable. But the real horror began with the actual work. The floors are a disaster--there are deep, ugly marks everywhere, and it's clear they had no idea what they were doing with the leveler. Instead of a smooth finish, you can see every single pour, each one a different shade, making my floors look like a patchwork of mistakes. But it gets worse: the floors are cracking everywhere! Not just little cracks--huge, spreading cracks that make the entire surface look like it's falling apart. And if you think that's the end of it, think again. The company has completely ghosted me. They won't answer my calls, won't return my messages, and worst of all, they never even finished one of the units! They poured the leveler, saw it was already cracking, and then just disappeared, leaving the job half-done and my property in shambles. Their prep work was a joke--sloppy, rushed, and clearly done by people who don't care about quality at all. This is, without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had with any contractor. I am left with ruined floors, unfinished work, and absolutely no support from the company. Save yourself the headache -- do NOT hire this company under any circumstances!

That's when I knew i could trust in Contempo for the project I had. I went to there location in Doral, FL the showroom is very clean and everyone was very nice. I finished the day with signing a contract with them for the project I have on Sunny Isles! As promised I will include before and after pictures of the changeover they are doing for me.
