I inherited this company from the owner of the home I purchased in Marathon for my regular pool…read morecleaning. They are much more expensive than I expected but they were already handling it so I figured just let them continue. They seemingly did an ok job with the pool cleaning. The problem arose one week when the cleaner left my gate wide open. That week the house was not occupied so I wasn't notified of this and didn't realize it until late in the week. I have a video of the cleaner not closing the gate properly and just driving off with it wide open. I have kayaks, paddleboards among many other valuable items in my backyard that were left completely open to theft. More importantly liability, if someone were to wander onto the property and fall in my pool it's a problem for me. When I notified Jennifer of the problem, instead of apologizing and owning up to it, she tried to blame me for not knowing what is going on with my property and on my fence not working, which it does, I have video of someone the day before closing it just fine. She continued to argue with me rather than taking care of the problem they caused or providing some kind of decent customer service when all I was looking for was her to say sorry I'll have someone run over quick and close your gate. Mistakes happen, I understand that, but she showed no empathy at any point and she left off with "we are going to stop servicing your pool, best of luck buddy". Unless you live at your home and can keep an eye on them so they don't leave your property in danger or can deal with terrible customer service, I would strongly advise finding another pool cleaning company to use. Jennifer doesn't care about you or your property, they just want to do the bare minimum and collect a check. This business wouldn't last a month in a larger market.

Initially I was very pleased with the work. I absolutely loved it. The pavers installed had a…read morewater mark on them that I thought would disappear as they sat in the sun. Unfortunately the water marks have only became darker. I have tried to power wash them with no luck.. Blue scape stated all the pavers he installs have marks like that. Now two of the pavers have rust coming up to the surface. He stated he would replace the two rusty ones only. It has been a month and he has not replaced them and refuses to respond to my messages. He is using subpar materials.
