The woman that works there, Mary, does the drawings by hand and never explains anything or the options that you can have in the kitchen. The drawings are very hard to read and they have no written warranty. Even Home Depot can make 3 dimensional computerized drawings now days and offer a warranty. When I asked for one, they said that they have been in business for 40 years and no one ever asked for one. The first set of cabinets that were installed had slits in the corners and big gaps. They even tried to cover up one with white out and told me that it was due to humidity. The shelves were all scratched. They told me that the sales lady told me before we ordered the cabinets that this would happen. Why would we order cabinets in Florida that could not sustain humidity? Because we were never did or at least warned that they would arrive this way. They actually arrived with the gaps and they told us this was due to our air condition not being on. I had another cabinet guy inspect them and he was shocked that they would even want to associate their name to the cabinets. The guy that installed them left a huge mess the first time Then the owner strung me along telling me that because of all my issues that they were not going to charge me a middle man fee to install the granite. He then said to me (3 weeks later) that he would not work with me because he did not think he would make me happy but tells me this at the last minute as I had already had someone lined up that I had cancelled. Who would be happy with cabinets that have gaps in them after paying $20k for cabinets for a small kitchen and 2 small bathrooms and scratched shelves? He changed them out and said he did me a big favor by changing them out. I tried to explain to him that this was how they should have been done the first time so he was not really doing me a favor but he sure thought he was for doing what should have done the first time around. Not to mention that all of my other contractors had to change their schedule to work around fixing the the cabinets. Not one apology as he thought he was doing me a favor but correcting their screw up. If his granite work is anything like the cabinet work, I think we just dodged a bullet!
