The team is super friendly. This was my first time utilizing their services so I was a little reluctant however, once Kim started my pedicure she ensured I was comfortable and liked the shape of my nails. I chose the Spa pedicure and enjoyed the mask and massage. Kim then gave me a fill and again was accommodating and helpful with choosing my color and design. read more

My appointment however was with someone who doesn't do dipping powder(Tom). After sitting there for 20 minutes he starts to work on another customer. So I ask what happened to me? He says I don't want to do your nails bc I don't want to mess up. Talk about heated. Well that's what you should have said from the time I walked in. How professional was that?. Not professional at all. They suck. Always have to wait almost two hours even with an appointment.

I have wavy hair and need to have it cut while wet and then after they straighten it. However, the flat iron they used was probably more than 20 yrs old and Kelley had no clue how to use it, meanwhile pulling a bunch of hair out while attempting to straighten it, which she had no clue what she was doing. They charged me $80 to cut and straighten it even though it was hardly straight. It was all poofy and still wavy and the layers were uneven. TERRIBLE!!!!! WAST OF MONEY!!!!!! NEVER EVER will I go there again!!! Idiots with scissors is all they are!!!!!
