Pretty good. $35 for no polish pedi. Was able to walk in without an appointment. It is in same shopping center as ShopRite.

I've been here a few times over the past year and I've never really had issues until today. I made an appt. online for 2 services and they called to tell me they only could do 1 service because they would be closing. I called back and asked if I came in earlier (at 5) if they could do both services. They said yes. I got here at 5, after waiting 15 minutes they told me it was going to be another half hour. I made sure they would still be able to do both services and they said yes. At 5:50 they started my nails..... omg I've never had my nails rushed through so fast. They barely prepped my nails for dip and they came out awful. I'm so disappointed with them. They sat me down for a pedicure where I waited an additional 20 minutes. I will not be returning here. Not to mention they made me pay and asked me to tip before my services were even complete. read more

Moved to the area the end of last year and was looking for a new nail salon. I hadn't been to one since before Covid-had actually been doing my own dip, but decided to try it here. First time was not bad-I didn't like that they ONLY do gel pedicures and you don't have any option for regular polish and they don't have a large selection of colors either. I had tips put on as some if my fingernails had broken short and I just wanted them to be uniform. They turned out decent. Fast forward to 2 weeks later when I go back for a refill and the guy soaks my tips off. I didn't ask him to and he played like I had wanted him too. Why on earth would I do that when I just had you put them on 2 weeks earlier (and was same guy). The dip job he did after taking off my tips was very amateurish and messy too-honestly I could have done a much better job. For what they charge I will never go back. Very disappointed and upset they would even charge me after making the mistake of soaking my tips off. Very unprofessional. read more

My issue isn't that I waited an hour in the chair for the pedicure. My issue two-fold: I don't expect comments to be made amongst the employees when I bring my own polish. And, dear readers, that's exactly what happened. And I don't suspect that the comments were nice judging by the tone and gestures. So that put me off. My other grievance is that I was asked if I regularly get pedicures. I sure do. But not necessarily at the same place each time. I like to see what's around and how it's done in different places. So my second issue stems from the fact that instead of giving me a bit longer massage or prolonging the scrub (or anything else), I was moved right along, painted, paid, and not even ushered out the door with a "thank you". Now, granted there were lines of people waiting; but, I also waited and would have appreciated a little something nice or at least some polite conversation. Nope. Others around me with other techs were chatting and being massaged for some time. Not me. Should I have spoken up and demanded more? Nah. Why? I still would leave this review only I'd be saying something slightly different. So before anyone thinks I'm unfair, I tipped her ten dollars for a $30 pedicure. So I'm not an a**hole. These jobs are thankless most of the time and I'm not about to rob someone of a tip. She did the work. It just wasn't friendly nor welcoming, none of that. So, I won't be back Top Nails. I'm sure you won't miss me since I'm not a definite regular, but business is money and you'll get no more of mine. And I will leave this very honest review: decent paint job and super fast massage if you like a twenty minute quickie. Not for me. read more

Honestly I just moved to the area, I called in to see if they had availability for a full set and the woman that was on the phone LAUGHED at me and then said no. I've never experienced such rudeness for no reason. For asking a business a QUESTION. I work in sales, and hospitality and I can't imagine employing someone that would laugh at a potential customer for asking a question. Disgusting behavior. I will never go there. read more

I went in to get a full set Thursday 2/11/21. Experience was fine prices are good (55 dollars full set). Nail artist didn't really follow the picture but it was a hard concept so I still tipped good (15 dollars). Today is 2/13/21 and the tip of my acrylic broke from simply putting a shoe on. I think it's safe to say I am pissed and will never be going back again. Obviously some can say that it's my fault but usually you can't even get an acrylic off unless you REALLY try. Looks like I'm gonna have to look for a new salon. read more

Been coming here for years. Spa Pedicure $27, listed on board & same price I've always paid. Sat down & girl asked if I want "regular pedicure or deluxe" I said the regular spa pedicure. I recieved the same pedicure I've had many times. When it was finally time to pay, they guy told me "she said $40 for you", now I didnt get any extras, no gel, no mani. I should have argued but I had been there nearly 2 hrs (it was busy) & wanted to go home, and it's just embarrassing. Next time I guess I will confirm "spa pedicure, $27 as listed on the wall". I was here the day before yesterday. I showed the younger lady (veryyy nice) what I was kinda looking for, also explained I'm not trying to get exactly that and she was excited to go forward. While she was gluing the nails someone came in for a pedi so I was switched to another lady. No big deal. Well when I say down she looked really upset, like she did not want to be there and hated that she had to do my nails, that's definitely the file I got. So I showed her the picture. So said yeah, pick colors, I don't helps you do. So I did just that no worries. I was upset that I was switched to such a sweet bubbly peraon to someone like that. As she continues to cut the nails the ALL looked different, one nail was pointy, one flat, one crooked, etc. I kindly asked if she could make them evenz she huffed and fixed them, but the one nail was still so obviously pointy, so I again asked kindly if she could file just a bit more. She then proceeds to say, "honey, you have 10 nails, I don't have time to make them perfect." The girl that was sitting next to me heard her and she was shocked. So yes, I got rude and said you don't have to do my nails if you don't want to... But she put her head down and continued. My nails look fantastic, but I just got them done and they are already chipping, and bad. I paid extra money to get gel nails because they would last longer.. I was under the impression that they would last long then a day in a half. I went here because of how highly recommend it was. The reviews on this place are great, guess I got the wrong one. Not happy about spending all that money for chipped nails, and not happy on how I was treated. I will never go back. read more
