Little did he know my daughter does not look like me, is not the same race as me, nor does she have my same hair type. But he didnt stop to ask what type of hair she had. He made a host of assumptions and rudely and aggressively communicated them. He also assumed that the extra charge would be some kind of problem for me. I asked him to explain again because I couldn't figure out what point he was trying to make to which he said that he "cant have his girls going over into the next booking slot and he didnt want me to be surprised when they charged me extra". Again very aggressively, not polite, frankly it seemed like he didnt want me to book. I was a little taken aback so I turned to one of the ladies and asked her to just tell me what I need to do. I then booked what I had called for. And left but Immediately canceled when I got home because I just didnt like the vibe and attitude from that man.
