Sooo beyond rude, disrespectful and uncaring. When the service was concluding, the pastor was looking for her, so that they can do their part.She was nowhere to be found. So he started doing the final viewing, halfway through, she comes running up and trying to shush everybody so that she could read some random poem, by that time, no one was interested in hearing anything she had to say. While the pallbearers were moving the casket out of the sanctuary, she told the daughter of the decease to move out of the way, not excuse me but, move out of the way. There was a noticeable lack of empathy, and some members of the staff came across as rude and dismissive. During such a sensitive time, kindness and understanding make a tremendous difference, and we were left feeling unsupported.
