Fredin's quote was incredibly fair and came in lower than the competition. I ended up wanting some additional changes, and Fredin was kind enough to come by again, for free, to talk and provide me with an updated quote. Two days after that, he was able to bring his crew in and within a single afternoon they were able to cut down one large tree, four small invasive trees, grind three stumps and trim dead branches from a large pine tree. They worked quickly, were very efficient, and did a great job cleaning up the area when the work was done. I highly recommend tree services from Fredin!

Our lawn at the time was in dire need of a good trim. My daughter spoke with him over the phone and he was able to come out that same day! He did a great job on the lawn and we were highly impressed. Afterwards, she spoke to Rick about putting some seeds down the following week and coming by bi-weekly and he said he'd send over some info and would be in contact soon. He texted later that he emailed info over. She replied that she didn't receive it and got no reply from Rick. She reached out again a few days later.. Again, no reply. A week later, when he was supposed to come by and put the seeds down, I gave him a call. No answer. I wish we had better things to say but unfortunately, due to the complete lack of communication and customer service, we don't. If you want someone responsive and reliable I highly suggest finding another service company.
