Very competitive pricing. Thank you Robert. The project turned out better than I envisioned!

First time we used Yelp for a project. It was convenient that there were numerous messages that…read morewere sent out to various tree specialists. Noe Pablo was the most thorough in messaging through the Yelp app, so my husband and I chose him. I had 2 medium-sized fruit trees I needed to transfer from my parent's home in Southeast San Diego to mine in North County. I took pictures and he gave us a very reasonable price. We also decided to also add another service to take out our palm tree. There were a couple of mishaps such as: The day he was scheduled to take out the palm tree, he was a no-show and my husband had to call him an hour after he was supposed to arrive. Then, the day after that incident, was the fruit tree transfer. He and his team forgot to bring their dolly. Thank goodness my Dad had one so they borrowed it, but now we have the burden in taking it back. Despite these mishaps, Noe was very knowledgeable and professional in his mannerisms. The day of the fruit tree transfer, he and his team arrived in a timely manner, was efficient and did a great job overall. We were very pleased and will definitely use him again if we have another project.

I contacted this company after reading positive Yelp reviews and scheduled an estimate. He came to…read moremy home, looked at both my front and back yard, agreed to take on the maintenance, and told me he would start the following Thursday. He also said he would call me on Wednesday with the arrival time. Unfortunately, I never received the promised phone call, and Thursday came and went with no communication and no one showed up. I reached out to ask what happened, but by then I had already been left waiting. Things happen, and schedules can change, but a simple phone call or text would have been the professional thing to do. Ghosting a new customer after committing to a job is disappointing and wasted my time. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company because reliability and communication are important qualities in any service business.

Horrible Scammers! This was after charging us $300. We asked for them to fix the leak in the front yard and they said it would be an extra $300-$500. Then, the grass started completely dying under their care. I sent them photos and they told me I would have to pay an extra $500 to fix. I honestly believe they break things to charge you extra to fix them. They said it was because I wasn't watering enough. I was paying over $300 a month in monthly water with most of it going to irrigation. Which was fine, but they never communicated I needed to water more. They have my cell number and could've communicated anytime, but waited until I asked about how dry it was to then request more money. I would stay very clear of this company.
