I was just going to get one key and not program the fob as I have become well adjusted to opening my doors the old fashioned way due to a dead battery. It was a huge crisis as a criminal had our address and house key and could return at any moment. Jackie was able to attend the site the same day mere moments after I called, and re-keyed our locks so the stolen key would no longer work. I was in a huge panic to think that a stranger had access to my personal information, but Jackie was very kind and reassuring and made me feel better about the ordeal. He explained that this sort of situation routinely happens to many people and that the mistake of leaving registration papers and spare keys in a parked vehicle is not out of the ordinary. Since then, I am much more careful with my keys and hope not to need Jackie's emergency services again, but I am comforted to know that his service remains available if any issues arise in the future.
