I spent a year trying different chiropractors, physio, massage, acupuncture etc. with no luck, the pain just kept getting worse to the point I lost mobility in my arms, had numbness, vertigo, headaches, couldn't perform simple activity's with the constant pain, it was getting pretty scary and no one was able to tell me what was wrong with me or alleviate the pain I was having. Then a friend recommended I try Divine Spine and damn am I ever glad I did! After having imaging done it turned out that I acquired a reversed cervical curve in my neck (likely from abusing my body snowboarding & snowmobiling) so the joint at the base of my neck was under a lot of pressure and squishing nerves, therefore causing all the side effects and pain I was experiencing. I completed Divine Spines treatment plan and it has been the best money ever spent, I couldn't have gone the rest of my life feeling the way I used to. I can't express how much better they've made me feel! I was skeptical but the treatments really do work. The clinic not only fixes you, but has a welcoming professional atmosphere, with the most friendly & sweet staff! They even wrote a welcome message to me as a new patient on the first visit! So glad I gave Divine Spine a crack at me, can't thank them enough!! I would highly recommended to anyone who is going through anything like I was.

The adjustment would help for a short period of time, but then my pain and disfunction would return. During Covid, my lack of regular activity caused a deterioration in my spinal health, especially in my neck and lower back. After trying chiropractic care, accupuncture, massage, physiotherapy and laser therapy I began to look for another solution. I found that at Divine Spine in Sherwood Park. Here, a gentle computerized stimulation is used to reposition spinal vertebrate back to their optimal functioning position. Dr. Nadeem, with the knowledge of my particular condition gained through x-rays and physical examination, has been able to accurately determine the best treatment for my condition. The office is run in a highly efficient and friendly atmosphere, and the professionalism and care provided by Dr. Nadeem is second to none! Teresa H.

There's always parking, maybe not right in front, but usually a few spots down from the front door. The front waiting area isn't large with about 6 or 7 chairs. Sometimes more than half are full if family accompanies the patient. The patient rooms are clean and comfortable but the chairs are sometimes right by the door so if there's 2 people, one might get hit in the leg by the door. What is really great and convenient is the attached pharmacy. It's just off to the side of the waiting area and has 2 chairs. The staff are friendly and helpful. I also like the wait is 5-10 minutes not like some larger pharmacies where the wait is longer.

I was referred here by my doctor after going through intense pain for an extended period of time…read more I was really looking forward to finding out what all was wrong with me and getting put on a path to recovery. First of all, you're only allowed to talk about one problem per visit. I was there with torn tendons in both my shoulders, a dislocated knee, tenosynovitis in my wrist, and strong pain in my hips. In three visits all he looked at was my shoulders - when I asked a question about my knee - I was told to ask next visit. Red flag right there. On a follow up appointment to a cortisone injection in my shoulders, the doctor mentioned "Oh, they booked the wrong MRI for you - they will contact you to rebook". They never did. I called the clinic to find out when I was getting rebooked and I was told 'If the first one doesn't take we will just book you for another one'. Clearly not caring that I have to take time off work to go to these, nor the fact that I had to wait almost 6 months just for this one appointment. Finally its getting close and I get a call from the hospital about my appointment - which I now find out is only for ONE of my shoulders, not both. When I contacted the clinic they said "The doctor has no concerns about your left shoudler." I was in shock. They are equally in pain all the time. How is it possible that this was overlooked. The day comes and I go to my MRI - by the way the crew at U of A Hospital are all amazing and helpful. I get a call about a week later saying "oh hey sorry, they booked the wrong MRI and we will need you to come in again for another one." At this point - I'm getting very upset. I've now had 3 visits to this clinic - and I haven't even been allowed to mention my knee (which by the way isn't even set in its proper position), my wrist which is still in pain, and my hips which are basically now experiencing chronic pain. A few days after re-booking the MRI, I get a call from the clinic. They want me to come in to discuss my results. They wanted me to book time off from work to come in and discuss results - that the hospital already told me wouldn't give them the information they were looking for. I asked why I was being called - I felt bad cause the poor lady calling me is just doing her job. Its not her call to have someone take time off from work to come in only to be told 'Oh hey so the MRI didn't work as hoped so we will talk again after the next one.' At this point I was done with this place. I never plan on dealing with this place again. You can tell doctors who actually want to help you and others who are there for the money. This place, they are clearly there for the money. I think its great that some people have had a positive experience here - but I would never in a million years refer anyone to this place. On a side note - the waiting room is small but comfortable and the people working at the front desk are incredibly polite and professional. But yeah, there are too many good doctors out there to bother dealing with terrible ones who care about nothing but money and how many referrals they can pump out. Trust me - go somewhere else.

Same thing wait room, then screening room, another patient waiting room, & finally the appointment.
