Extremely unimpressed...my husband was nervous about going for a testicular ultrasound and was told…read morehe could have his wife present. He drove home to pick me up and when we arrived back at the site, they refused to let me go in with him, telling us a student would be in there instead. A) it's a patient's choice whether to have a student present B) you don't have the right to deny a patient of having a family member present, esp given what you were investigating!

Instead my wife was asked to come in and I was left in the waiting room for approx 20mins before asking the receptionists if I would be allowed in soon (I really wanted to be in there with my wife, its our first kid after all) they informed me there wasn't room in the exam room for me to be in there, which I didn't really understand but they said it was protocol. I have since heard from a friend who works at Medical Imaging Consultants who said they allow both parents in the room for the whole exam and there is no real reason for the husband to be barred from the room. Even if it is "protocol"it would be nice to be told before hand that I can't be in the room. Also had the person doing the ultrasound just tell us the sex of our child. Never asked my wife during her exam, nor clarified with me when I came in the room if we wanted to know the sex. Was really disappointed they were not more professional and aware of what the parents were expecting or were hoping from their ultrasound.

When you go for a 3D ultrasound it should be a happy, special experience. Mine was not…read more First off the technician kept telling me my uterus was too small so there was no room for the baby, I thought she was joking the first time she said it.....until she repeated it over and over and used it as an excuse as to why she wasn't getting "good pictures". She was also very rude and abrupt, there is a nice, gentle way of saying things and there is a rude straightforward way...unfortunatly she only used the second way, demanding that I "need to get close to me!!!, no...MORE!". She was very rude when "requesting" me to do these things and had me in very uncomfortable positions (I have had a bad back for the rest of the day!). She was also very rough and used far too much pressure - I was in pain and very uncomfortable and most likely baby was too! Add to this the fact that she kept saying the pictures she was getting "weren't good" over and over again. All I cared about was seeing my baby, even if she wasnt turned fully to the camera and even if it meant the pictures "weren't good" (which by the way to me they are perfect because I can see my baby!). The technician DID offer for us to come back for a free half hour session in 2 weeks, however she wouldnt give us our pictures until then. Being as I had a terrible experience and quite honestly have been put off ever having another 3D scan I said no and that I wanted to take any pictures with me today. She did give us the pictures ($25 charge) and said we could still have the free session but would have to pay another $25 for pictures if we liked them next time. Im glad I got to see my baby but $200 plus a "free" session where I would have to pay an EXTRA $25 for any photos/dvd is not worth it. This woman seriously ruined this experience for me and I will not be going back and putting myself or my baby through that experience again.

The technician took her time to take good pictures. She was friendly. I would recommend to have it done early because my baby didn't have much room to move around. I'm 31 wks pregnant.

I spent a year trying different chiropractors, physio, massage, acupuncture etc. with no luck, the pain just kept getting worse to the point I lost mobility in my arms, had numbness, vertigo, headaches, couldn't perform simple activity's with the constant pain, it was getting pretty scary and no one was able to tell me what was wrong with me or alleviate the pain I was having. Then a friend recommended I try Divine Spine and damn am I ever glad I did! After having imaging done it turned out that I acquired a reversed cervical curve in my neck (likely from abusing my body snowboarding & snowmobiling) so the joint at the base of my neck was under a lot of pressure and squishing nerves, therefore causing all the side effects and pain I was experiencing. I completed Divine Spines treatment plan and it has been the best money ever spent, I couldn't have gone the rest of my life feeling the way I used to. I can't express how much better they've made me feel! I was skeptical but the treatments really do work. The clinic not only fixes you, but has a welcoming professional atmosphere, with the most friendly & sweet staff! They even wrote a welcome message to me as a new patient on the first visit! So glad I gave Divine Spine a crack at me, can't thank them enough!! I would highly recommended to anyone who is going through anything like I was.

The adjustment would help for a short period of time, but then my pain and disfunction would return. During Covid, my lack of regular activity caused a deterioration in my spinal health, especially in my neck and lower back. After trying chiropractic care, accupuncture, massage, physiotherapy and laser therapy I began to look for another solution. I found that at Divine Spine in Sherwood Park. Here, a gentle computerized stimulation is used to reposition spinal vertebrate back to their optimal functioning position. Dr. Nadeem, with the knowledge of my particular condition gained through x-rays and physical examination, has been able to accurately determine the best treatment for my condition. The office is run in a highly efficient and friendly atmosphere, and the professionalism and care provided by Dr. Nadeem is second to none! Teresa H.
