What I like most about Steve is that he takes the initiative to solve problems instead of just doing the minimum required. Steve is very responsive, easy to communicate with, and extremely thorough. Since these are my rental properties, I'm often not there in person, but he always keeps me updated with photos and videos throughout the job, giving me complete peace of mind. His pricing is also very reasonable, and the quality of his work is excellent. I highly recommend Steve to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and skilled handyman.
