TSM was my first shopping experience in Vestal after moving into CIW at (when it was still referred to as) SUNY Binghamton. The main stores that appeal to the eye are, Sam's Club, Dick's Warehouse Sale, Burlington, DSW, AMC Movie Theater, Walmart, and Barnes and Noble. Paving in the parking lot looks decent for the most part, but do take caution as you're driving alongside the building, especially Sam's Club, as many people cross. Also, the opening of BJ's, Dick's House of Sports, and Dave and Buster's brought life back into the mall. With that help, the mall is still filled with some empty spaces. I'm sad to see FYE close when I last visited. I'm sure it has a long run. The Commons still looks well maintained and cleaned, and they do a great job with it.
