We purchased our 2018 Grand Design TT from Lee's Family Trailer and were very happy with the sales team. They never failed to greet you in the parking lot and were always so friendly and helpful. We had a couple of issues the first year we had it and Lee's quickly got us in and made the repairs. At the beginning of this year, we were wanting to add a second a/c for the bedroom and wanted to get the roof inspected before the 2021 camping season. We called in March to make the appointment to drop it off and was told there was a backlog and they couldn't scheduled us until July 2nd. In late June, we heard the Lee's had been sold to Camping World and immediately called to verify our appointment. We tried a few times during the week, leaving messages, but could never get anyone on the phone. Since it was only 45 minutes from the house, we finally drove over to find out what was going on. No one greeted us when we arrived as there was no one outside. Once inside, we found about 20 people in different groups standing around in the offices and hallways drinking coffee, laughing and socializing. Again, no one greeted us. We found the service desk with one person working. She was helping an angry customer in front of us. We waited quite a while. When it was finally our turn, we explained that we were not able to get through on the phone and left messages, she rudely said she was very busy and did not have time to answer or return calls. We then asked to confirm our appointment and was told she didn't have an appointment for us on July 2nd. We were so upset and angry, we just walked out. Camping World is a horrible company to do business with and we do NOT recommend using them. Not one of them showed any concern or tried to help. There are plenty of other places to go, so we won't be back. And, Camping World.... do not reply or try to help at this point. The damage is done. We won't be back. You have lost a good customer, along with all our friends and family. read more

Absolutely a horrible dealership, if possible I would give it a lower rating. We had a great experience buying our first fifth wheel from here but that is when it ended! After the sale where I spent $110,000.00 they have been impossible to deal with and have forgotten who we are. Less than 1 month of having taken possession we had serious sewage problems where the tank would not drain properly and overflowed into the under belly of the camper so sewage was leaking out and the under cover was sagging with the load. They told me to bring it back but I could not under those conditions. I found myself underneath trying to drain the belly while getting covered with sewage(disgusting!)! I then brought the camper back and they have had it almost a month, you call and they are to busy to talk to and they promise to call back and don't. On the rare occasion you do talk to them,usually in person they will tell you the same thing every time and in my opinion are dishonest with answers. It appears they are only interested in selling and couldn't care less about current customers. Currently they are blaming the manufacturer but I have been in constant contact with them and they are telling me they have approved all warranty work but Camping World has not even ordered parts yet. It appears I might have to retain a lawyer to get ANY satisfaction. I say buy at your own risk as you will soon be sorry you did! So much more could be said but this review is long enough. read more

Totally incompetent from Carlos the sales person, sales manager, finance lady Desiree, and the leader of incomitance Dan the General manager. I drove from RI to pick my Camper up and asked and begged to check it out so i could leave with it that day, they said good go. About 45 min after I Arrived i was greeted by Josh the person to show me the camper. He told me we have a slight problem, the slide does not slide out. AFTER 5 HOURS THERE THEY FIXED IT 2 DAYS LATER, THEY WERE TO SHIP IT TO ME 100%. After shipment a week later the side of the slide was all gouged out, it is preluding 1.5 inches when it is retracted and the inside molding was put back with staples in which they are all showing. Desiree was suppose to contact the other camping word to get money back from a warrantee she did not, when asked where is my registration she said she has know idea. a total shit show from when I arrived there read more

ZERO STARS. I don't even know where to start. Maybe the beginning. I ordered my T@B 320CS-S on January 15, 2021 from Lee's Family Trailer. Finance charged my credit card for the deposit of 5K. Kurt, the sales rep, assured me he would keep me informed every step of the way until delivery. NEVER HAPPENED. He assured me it would arrive way before Memorial Day, first planned camping trip. NEVER HAPPENED. Followed up with multiple phone calls and emails. Vague responses if any at all. Was scheduled for a May 22 walk through and pick up appointment. Called a few days to confirm. Nope, camper has not arrived. Sorry, COVID and Camping World transition. Finally got a call June 2nd, camper arrived, pick up June 10th. Two-hour drive later, had the walk-through, was told couldn't take it home as we needed a 7-pin harness. Yup, Kurt never mentioned that. Offered free delivery and a $250 gift card. Two-hour drive home. Rescheduled for 9am June 13th. Got a call the day before, they don't open until 11am, come then. Decided to pay cash, asked them to confirm balance, was told $342 more than expected. Documentation fees, Yup, Kurt never mentioned. Check in hand, two-hour drive later, signing papers, check was $33 short . Nice of them to wave that. Told 4 people to make sure keys were with the camper when they delivered. NEVER HAPPENED. Two-hour drive home. Camper delivered June 14th, NO KEYS. Will overnight them they said. NEVER HAPPENED. Called again, keys came next day. FINALLY!! Finished dealing with this incompetent and disorganized outfit. Today, wait, what is this 5K charge on my credit card from June 13th?? WTF!!!! NEVER, EVER, DO BUSINESS WITH CAMPING WORLD. I had service appointment set for months now since Camping World has taken over this location they can't find anything that was ordered for the camper. Everyone seems like they don't even care if you have been put out, it's a who's cares attitude. read more

This is a follow up review from back in June when it took 2 months to get our camper back. It wasn't because they were waiting for parts, they only worked on it after we had to contact the corporate office by email. Then when picking it up, there was a hole in the front of it and scrape marks all up the front of it. My husband was then told to get an estimate because they don't do body work. We got an estimate to replace the front cap of our 2021 fifth wheel that is over $50,000 waited for 2 weeks, and was then told that they won't accept the estimate, will not replace the cap and will only patch the hole. They stated that they got their own estimate based on the pictures and it was a 3rd of estimate. We got another estimate to see what that would cost and it wasn't even close. Not even sure why we were told to get an estimate in the first place. We have spent so much time calling, emailing and visiting that location it is ridiculous. Due to that, I filed a complaint on Instagram and was then reached out by messenger stating that someone from Camping World corporate would be reaching out to us within 48 hours. That was Monday and this is Thursday without a single call or message. We have been dealing with this company since April of 2022. All we want is our camper to be properly fixed and to be given the proper customer service we deserve. My question to you is: If you took your 2021 vehicle to a mechanic and was quoted that it would be back in 2 hours and didn't get it back for 2 months, you pick it up and there is a hole in it with scrapes down the side of it, would you be satisfied with, "we're just patching it." You then reach out to corporate and is told that someone will call and receive zero calls. It is truly disappointing. read more

I have to say that this is the worst experience with a purchase I ever had. from picking up the product on, it has been horrible. they are very eager and good at selling the product but only under their terms. don't try to get a better finance rate somewhere e because the price goes up. then they give you a broken product and tell you it's not their responsibility to fix it. it's winnebagos. then they give you a very convincing song and dance about an extended service coverage, but then you can never get in touch with someone or get an appointment to fix something that was broken when they sold it to you. with all the Covid problems, they still take your product back, give you a fix date then don't fix it by the date they said they would. there goes that vacation. do you think I can even talk to anyone about it? no. too busy. too busy selling products that are inferior. never again will I buy from this company. I will pass this info to anyone who asks, as well. I talk to a lot of people everyday. warning. no back up on this company. I feel bad for the manufacturers they sell. gives Winnebago a bad name.can't always blame Covid for bad service. if you know what you have for workers then you tweet what you tell your customers. on the surface they act like they will take care of any problem you have but you can never really talk to the head guy. everything is for show. sad. read more

We purchased a brand new 2021 Forest River back in August from this location. We had concerns about water staining on the dinette cushions and asked them to inspect the slide. They told us everything was perfectly fine and we proceeded with our purchase. Within 48 hours, we had three inches of water in the camper, come to find out from another Camping World, was due to the slide being installed off track. Here we are two months later, with no camper, and Camping World will not accept fault for their technician's negligence in identifying the issue and they want to give us back our camper after it sat for weeks soaking wet. 24-48 hours is all it takes for mold to develop. The general manager Dan Caron, doesn't want to advocate on our behalf to the manufacturer for the defective product his business sold us. This place is terrible to do business with. Run in every other direction possible. They are not qualified to be selling, inspecting, or repairing RVs. Don't be like us and throw $40,000 out the window. They don't care about the consumer despite what they advertise. read more

This is a terrible place to do business with. My husband and I bought our camper there when they were in the midst of being bought out by Camping World. They are so incredibly nice and helpful when you are looking to buy and the minute you hand over the check they want nothing to do with you. We bought a Grand Design in April. On our first trip out in early June the large window shattered into a million pieces when we opened it. You can clearly see that the track is faulty. We had purchased an extended warranty for an extra $2,000+ and had assurances that everything was covered. They would not even consider replacing the window or calling Grand Design on our behalf. It is unbelievable the level of disrespect we have been treated with. We wound up going through our insurance carrier to get the glass replaced. Do not buy from this dealership. The one in North Conway is much better and honest. The only issue is the North Conway one is not authorized to service Grand Design because they don't sell them. These people should be put out of business. It is outrageous how dishonest they are. read more
