    Slide bracket ripped out of slide

    Have had a bad experience from day one of picking up camper and continued problems from dealer install slide toppers and a tankless hot water heater that will work unless you open up two faucets to get flow. This has happened at every campground so it's not about pressure, it's about flow. Service department can seem to get me the water filter wrench 6 months(very ridiculous). They tell me I have the right one when I send them pictures and video to show it doesn't fit. Quality of the Salem Hemisphere "Elite Series" is far from Elite. Can't get the location GM to respond back or call me after multiple attempts. So Bobby, I will be escalating to corporate.

    From start to finish, this place has exceeded my expectations!! They not only worked VERY hard to GET my business, they are making the entire experience seamless, and a pleasurable process! The staff are all helpful, informative and seem to like what they do!! I've been with parts, service, finance, and just about every department here!! Kudos to management and to corporate for creating such a great environment for customers!! (And I'm guessing it's great for employees, TOO!) I cannot say enough GREAT things about this location!! I HIGHLY recommend giving them a chance to gain your business-you won't regret it!!

    My Fiancé and I bought a Brand New RV from then , sent a deposit and drove across country with our German Shepherd in the back of our truck, We gave them 2 weeks notice of our arrival, our appointment was Saturday at 1 pm We arrived at 12 anxious to get Back on the road home. They were nowhere near to be ready for us to leave with our trailer Installation Guy said " He was Not even aware he needed to install the TV, generator etc until the day prior (Friday at 5 pm!!) Our sales person was no where to be found all day We called texted him, he finally showed his face briefly, to disappearing again. We had to ask the car washing team to wash our RV, they were sending it out dirty, we found lots of nuts and bolts Sitting around the RV, the tech said they were not needed !! By the time they called us in to sign paperwork it was late and rushed ( you know how it is when you buy a vehicle!) The finance guy kept saying he didn't know the answers to our questions he just did the numbers, the manager had to come a couple of times the #'s did not match what we had been quoted on paper. By the time we were done the store was closed Lights out !! We were the last ones out, our sales guy didn't know what all the keys were for, wanted to keep them we ended Keeping them to find out later on our own they belonged to the storage Obviously!! On our way home we had to be towed They had left the brakes on the hitch attached and truck was struggling with the wind and bad roads , we had to get towed to the nearest town. 2 blocks from home the spare tire Became loose and was dragging the underbelly falling apart it could had gotten on fire !!! Later we found 20 things that did not work !! The oven had to be replaced, the solar panels not working , the water heater not working !! Just to name a few things. It's been a nightmare !! We called emailed you name it !! It's been in the shop in California for 2 months and counting !! We've had to cancel 4 trips my birthday trip and Fathers Day weekend Today was the last one We cancelled since parts are still not available We are sooo disappointed!! The more I read about Camping World And how bad customer service they Have, I am ashamed of myself for not doing the research ahead of time, we were sooo excited to get our " Brand New Trailer " I hope they make it up to us !! Somehow we've lost 3 months of our warranty!! Social Media and Influencer is huge in this day in age.

    Broken floor vent

    Sales was ok until we signed on the dotted line....then they were absent. Parts guys are helpful! Service is awful! Bought a Cougar 30RKD in Feb. Love the unit itself. Staying at the Camping World campground, NEXTDOOR, today on our way escaping Hurricane Debby and just asked for someone to look at the unit for minor warranty parts. They refused to walk out the door to write a ticket! We are not wanting anything"fixed". We just need them to see a broken cabinet door and floor vents. SO frustrated with the poor customer service. We always give people the benefit of the doubt. Too bad that have proven other poor reviews are correct!

    While we were traveling, one of our windows broke on our RV. I ordered the part from our Coach…read moreMfg..... then made appt with RV One Superstore in Concord, NC. to fix it. I spoke to Wendell on the service desk. Very friendly and helpful when I described our issue. He was calm, knowledgeable and very accommodating when I explained our traveling schedule. AND, we were very happy & surprised to get in within 2 weeks. July 12th @ 9:00 am. My Coach Mfg said they couldn't get me in until Dec. . They even said they would let us dry Camp the night before if we needed to. We didn't need to...but nice to have options. Upon arriving @ 8:40, besides the broken window, Wendell went over our short list of added items that needed attention. Told Wendell, we would wait in the lobby. (BTW.. Music was a bit tooooo loud). Appt at 9:00, by 9:10... we watched our Coach go into the service bay. By 10:30... we were done, .... window replaced, cabinet hinge fixed, coolant checked..... we were paid up and driving out. Amazing service time. Allowing us to continue exploring Charlotte, NC. Highly recommended if you should need work on your RV !!
