Hunter, my PT, has got the best personality to keep things lighthearted & fun while being knowledgeable & assisting with recovery. The other PT, Jason is also great and they have a wonderfully sweet, caring & kind office assistant Nicole. This dynamic trio could not be better. I'm so glad I had the opportunity to meet these wonderful people. The Therapy room is exceptionally clean & inviting. As far as my injury, I was in so much pain before I started PT... I'm so grateful to be feeling so much better, thanks to Pro Rehab. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

This is a great friendly atmosphere, up to date equipment and most of all very qualified Physical Therapist, Hunter Robertson, PT and Jason Shelby, PT. Caring and compassionate they will get you back on the road to recovery. I have had physical therapy several times. Pro Rehab far exceeds Hardin County Medical Center OPPT. Of course I'll have to find out if you get a T-Shirt after PT is complete. Keep up the great work and thanks for all you guys do. She helped me so much with the removal of my fibrosis and made the healing process so much better. I am definitely grateful and appreciate to her. It's hard to find lymphatic massagers in Jackson Tn. He is not only extremely friendly, exceptionally thorough, and especially professional--he is also an Olympic doctor. If that doesn't speak for itself, I'm not sure what will. He's one of the most humble men you'll meet and I would never go to another physician. If I lived in New Hampshire, I would travel to Jackson, TN to get care from him. There's a couple other reviews on here, and Dr. Sweo no longer works here, and the other person must've been seeing another doctor as well. I can't speak for them. But I can speak for Dr. Nord. He is the best! P.s. He also invented the newest and most-used technique for Bankart Repair (torn labrum in the shoulder). He actually made a new technique that is used in hospitals world-wide. I'm not being partial when I'm stating he's the best.. I'm just stating a fact.

Providing us with information, strategies and just comfort. They always check on our son and he is filled with joy when he comes here. They continue to provide services that meet the needs of concerned parents and will go the extra step to make sure the kiddos are progressing. The staff is passive aggressive and the results show for themselves (not in a good way). Within 10 months, there wasn't progress especially on things that were pointed out to be important goals. The owners actively dismiss concerns that are brought to their attention (repeatedly). The care at this clinic is not caring and not a place that I would recommend. Paperwork also consistently had errors that I had to keep asking to be fixed.
