All the staff I had dealings with was great. Always polite and helpful. The facilities are very clean. My primary therapist was Beth Patterson. She is very knowledgeable and always able to answer my questions of which, I had a lot. She was encouraging, compassionate and genuinely happy for my victories. My individual plan online and the handouts were very helpful. Most of the supplies I needed were available through them. The therapy itself was unbelievably beneficial. I spent six months in therapy at Patterson PT (3 months PT & 3 months OT). This facility has an amazing staff and they were extremely helpful and thorough in my therapy. I have been to other physical therapists in the past who stuck me on machines for 15 minutes then handed me a sheet of exercises to do at home. Patterson's was way different. Each appointment is a full hour and the therapist spent most of that time relaxing my muscle and gently stretching me. She did send me home with exercises, but she explained each one and why it was important. I have had 5 visits now and it has been the same each time --an hour of someone listening and treating me like a person instead of a condition. read more

I'd recently had a tummy tuck. I desperately needed to have lymphatic drainage massages. I was in deep discomfort. I found Patterson Physical Therapy. Susan Hodges was my blessing. She helped me so much with the removal of my fibrosis and made the healing process so much better. I am definitely grateful and appreciate to her. It's hard to find lymphatic massagers in Jackson Tn. Patterson Physical Therapy is a great place to go for PT. The office staff are very friendly and responsive to your questions. The therapists are terrific! I had a hip pain and Beth was able to help. My pain level was reduced and she really found the root cause of the problem. Each week she listened to how I was progressing and worked diligently to help me make progress.
