They also refused to refund the 3 months they took money without me using the service, and only offered free visits as compensation. I obviously didn't use the service so why give me free visits? If you are union, do not use this facility. They do not care. Tell all your union brothers and sisters to find somewhere else. I will do the same.

We had the best adjustments we've had since living in Jackson and working with Wilk's regularly. Visiting him was worth the trip back alone! We also had him adjust our 12 week old child who had never been adjusted before. He was gentle and thoughtful with us as we discussed her birth and tendencies as an infant. Wilks explained the reasons behind why an infant would be adjusted and the benefits for the child. My Husband held her with her head facing his shoulder as Wilks felt her spine and identified two spots that could be adjusted. While my Husband continued to hold our child, Wilks showed me the instrument he'd use to adjust her and allowed me to feel the pressure he'd use on her during the adjustment. Our daughter was calm in her Dad's arms while Wilks quickly and gently adjusted her. I'm not convinced she was aware anything was happening to her other than being held. Prior to having a child I never imagined I'd be someone who would bring their infant in to get adjusted, I thought it was a silly and an activity that was a waste of money. But after having a child, talking about the process and benefits with Wilks and knowing him to be both a professional and man of high moral character and thoughtfulness I absolutely do not feel that way today. I highly recommend Stephen Wilks to you when considering getting your infant adjusted. I also highly recommend him as your personal chiropractor for your regular needs.

I do Not recommend hormone replacement therapy biote pellets. Did them three times everything was…read morefine. I was assured that each time I was pelleted they would test my hormones levels ( this was not done.). Staff assured me if I ever had a reaction no biggy they would take them out . On the fourth pelleting . The second week I became very sick placed in the ER for head aches, numb right arm and muscle spasms in my right side of face And body ( this side being where the pellets were placed). I followed up with this clinic and was gaslit about this is not our product doing that. She again did labs but did not test my hormones levels And stated looks like an infection and b12 and vitamin is a little here's a prescription. when I asked about having the pellets removed she stated we can't do that you have to let them disolve on there on . This is the third month and I am still having issues. 2 more trips to the er, heart palpitations, muscles spasm and bad headaches. please do not do the pellets, try the pills or patches something you can remove if you have a reaction. On the plus side staff is nice until you have a real problem
