Barb sent a long email to all of the patients, apologizing and displaying her entire personal life, blaming her personal problems for not compensating. We had no warning and it caused our kids emotional distress and to regress. We got lucky and found a stable place to take them. This place and the owner are not stable. I'm very surprised to see this place is in business. It was only when they started calling asking for their $100 we owed them that we found out.

Our twins made incredible progress within 3 months of being there seen by Sean and Autumn. The twins built a close relationship with both of them and we saw progress at home. To our disappointment both therapists quit abruptly and unexpectedly without notice. Our kids had a very hard time with this as there was no transition period, in fact it hindered and backtracked all the progress they had made. We received an e-mail from Sean that he would no longer be working there due to personal differences and not having been paid by the owner. A few days later I reached out to Autumn because I had a gut feeling something more was going on as she had cancelled her appointment with our son. She as well was leaving due to personal differences and not being paid. From what I gathered due to emails from both Occupational Therapists and the owner Barb, there was quite a bit of conflict with her business and its financial stability. She had sent out an e-mail to the client's apologizing but also displaying her personal life in an unprofessional manor, as to why she's been struggling with keeping Sprocket Therapy open. Thankfully we were able to get them into Cornerstone Pediatric Occupational Therapy in Pleasantview without a wait. As a parent you want the best for your child. To see your child struggle due to something that could have been prevented or fair warned is really frustrating.

IF I could give Serenity at Miller Motte Technical College a -500, I would most definitely would. I…read morewas a client and I had an appointment on Saturday morning at 9AM. I got there about 8:40AM and they started my hair immediately. First and foremost, my hair stylist began bleaching my hair and let it process for nearly an hour. Then, she stated that I needed another bleaching session, so we washed my hair and she applied another layer of bleach all over my hair....again....for another hour approximately. When she was done, she started applying the grey color I have been wanting to do. As she was applying it, she realized that there is no more color available, so one side of my head was grey and the other side was missing color. I found it extremely embarrassing that she had to use scissors to cut the bottle in front of me, and try her best to take out any excess color to dye my hair. Then, Mrs. Dee her Professor, took her to the back and advised her to mix a certain color. She came back and applied another color all over my hair, after applying the grey color. She looked at me, and immediately said, "Let's go wash this out!" about 5 minutes after applying the color. After washing my hair, I have come to realize my hair had blue, green, bronze, and some pink in it. Then, they applied a toner to try to get the blue color to fade. Right now it's about 5PM, and the college was closing down so they asked me to pay for my service prior to getting my hair completely finished. So far, I have been in the salon for about 8 hours....and guess what? I was the ONLY client she was working on this entire time. Mrs. Dee said, "Can you leave your hair like this for a few days?" I said NO because I work for the State and I am going on a vacation tomorrow and this is not the service I asked for. They took me back to the shampoo bowl and used some sticky strip product to strip all the blues and greens out of my hair. After they stripped my hair, they used ANOTHER toner. So at this point, I have had two, one hour, bleach sessions. Two toner applications and a stripping process. (You could only imagine how horrible my hair looked afterwards) After they toned my hair, they took me back to my seat, at 6PM!!!! My hair was a disaster!!!! My roots were black and bronze, my hair looked like mustard yellow with some platinum, green, and pink. Then, Mrs. Dee had the nerve to say, "Well, your lucky you got such a great deal on this, this would have cost at least 100 dollars for a corrective color." and continued to state, "You knew what the process was going to be like." She was so rude, and obviously doesn't take pride in her work. What shocks me the most, is the student was extremely apologetic and admitted how horrible my experience was. At this point, I became very depressed and was ready to cry my eyes out, but I was in desperate need to get my hair cut because it was sticky, fried, and frizzy. I have NEVER had horrible hair like this. I told her to NOT touch the front of my hair. (I have a long A line haircut) and there goes Mrs. Dee chopping my hair away, trying to hide her tracks and the damages SHE created. My hair was falling out tremendously, and what do you know? She cut at least 4 inches from the right side of my hair. I was so upset, I told her not to cut my hair anymore. So right now, my hair is 4 inches longer on the left side, and 4 inches shorter on the right side. SO....not only did she mess up my hair color and damaged my hair, she cut it RIDICULOUSLY!!!! Is this the type of teacher you hire to teach your students????? And the sad part was, the student CRINGED when she cut my hair, and said that she knew that's not what I wanted. So at this point, my heart was coming out of my chest and at 7PM, I bolted out because I was so upset. Mrs. Dee is rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, and should not have a license. When I got home, I busted into tears and you know what? It's my fault for giving them an opportunity to touch my hair... NEVER again will I go to a non licensed professional. AND although I signed a paper stating they will be under the care of a licensed professional....she was only there gossiping with the other girls in the salon until the very end. A true licensed professional, would have STOPPED her as soon as she realized she processed my hair under bleach for 2 hours!!! The next day I called to get a refund, and they said "Sorry, I can't give you a refund" so I fought over it AND finally, they agreed on giving me a refund. It was whoever she was speaking to who stated they didn't want to refund me. So then, I called the corporate office to complain about Mrs. Dee and they took down all my information and told me they would contact me the next day after speaking to the director of the Clarksville location to obtain pictures. GUESS what? 3 1/2 weeks and NO phone call, email NADA. SO UNPROFFESSIONAL. I will be contacting the State Board, BBB, and my attorney for the damages. Thank you for nothing!

So I played this back and forth calling between dr's and Bone & Joint told me they would get them. But they would have to reschedule me for JUNE!!! All because they didn't do their job to begin with and their Xray machines were broken so they couldn't do the imaging themselves?? How do they do business If they don't have the proper equipment.?? So today after calling in to make sure we are all good for my appointment, I spoke with Emily and she said they don't have records so we will need to reschedule again and I asked why they don't have them and I can't keep waiting months for them to do their job and she just hung up on me. Message received: Don't go here! All the bad reviews are right and the people here could care less and are extremely rude and you will waste months in pain on their lengthy appointment waitlist and never get taken care of anyway.
