There is no better place than this amazing establishment. We have been coming here for almost 4…read moreyears for a bit of everything. The staff, therapists and owner have always been amazing. Providing us with information, strategies and just comfort. They always check on our son and he is filled with joy when he comes here. Truly the amount of time they put into him shows with his want to come to therapy. They facility is spotless and well organized. They also continue to put the kiddos first but enforcing safe health practices. They continue to provide services that meet the needs of concerned parents and will go the extra step to make sure the kiddos are progressing. We have nothing bad or even a complaint about this place. We recommend this to friends or just other families in need of services and are overwhelmed. I promise the providers here will walk you through anything you are going through.

The staff is passive aggressive and the results show for themselves (not in a good way). Within 10 months, there wasn't progress especially on things that were pointed out to be important goals. The owners actively dismiss concerns that are brought to their attention (repeatedly). The care at this clinic is not caring and not a place that I would recommend. Paperwork also consistently had errors that I had to keep asking to be fixed.

Not only that but the workers never tried to form a bond with him. Instead just put him into a room and push him to do things. I understand that's what therapy is for... to help them. But you HAVE to take the time to understand the child and get to know them. There was no reason to give up on my nephew after just 6 appointments! I feel like they didn't even try.. absolutely ridiculous and disappointing. I don't recommend this place at all.

Casey, the Physical Therapist and Eric, the Physical Therapy Assistant, have brought me a long way in a short time. I still have a little ways to go, but now I can definitely see the day where I'll be taking full care of myself without their help. I can even see the day where I can resume driving, which is my main goal, at this point. Tennessee Quality Care has a couple of gems in Casey and Eric, and I'm very grateful for their work in getting me back on my feet.

My grandmother was sent here on a Saturday and they waited until Wednesday afternoon to brush her teeth and bath her. I had a friend check on her as I do not live in the state any longer and she took pictures for me, my grandmother DID NOT look like she was in good hands. If I knew who to call for neglect and the way this place is operating I would. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE

My husband arrived after 6 so most administrative staff had left. He was not greeted, not given any…read moreinstruction of what to expect, placed in a room checked in by a nurse who was frustrated to have to settle him in. Did not want to deal with any personal items he might have . Got him in bed then left. Did not even give indication of when he would be checked on or given nite meds. When it was finally determined he needed oxygen they did not have tubing, canula, or adapter for CPAP. I supplied all of these. Staff treated him like a criminal, most showed no humanity. Before his passing in ER he was holding 5000 cc of fluid. Was never given his fluid retention medication. We complained and were punished for it. They want you to remain silent and wait and wait for attention.
