My mower acted up the same day and still doesn't operate properly but I'm taking it elsewhere. Not worth risking getting robbed twice. Look elsewhere for service. My timeline was very precise on when I'd need that mower delivered and they tried to cancel for a whole week. My suggestion would be to have a stand by delivery person that can fill in when problems in the store arise. Do not give a timeline if it can't be met. They had a bunch of excuses and one reason why I should be more understanding but I was the customer and I needed the delivery on the date I was given. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Normal service charge for oil change, plugs, air filter and etc is around $170 Blades & belts will be extra so expect to pay $170 to $300 to have mower serviced. (Service $170, Blades $45 (3), and belt if needed) $50 - $75). I would also note the hour meter when dropping off and picking up. Check oil, also run mower and engage mower deck to make sure thing feels and looks right before leaving.
