I've never had worse customer service in my life. My 75 year old grandfather and I bought a…read moredefective pallet lift, we soon found out after using this lift that it did not lift to the advertised height of 7 1/2 inches. We returned this item only to be confronted aggressively by one of the salesmen as soon as we walked through the door. He threw a fit and tossed the pallet lift on its side and showed us that we "Were using it wrong." He then asked us "What do you want to do now?" in a sarcastic tone. Then walked away after we said we want a refund. Then while walking up to the register, the clerk mumbled into her walkie talkie that we were "Two assholes." She then kept up this snarky attitude with my 75 year old grandfather who is the nicest man in the world. Telling him to "sign here to get his money back." (As if we are the type of people to buy an item for the day just to return it beat up). I will never shop here again, very dissatisfied with this service and impolite behavior.

I was looking for the blower locally and Was not having any luck. Then I remembered Robertsdale Power Equipment. I called them and within 10 minutes I was sold. I immediately went over there. While I was there, I mentioned a problem that I was having with my lawnmower. I told him that I took it to a place locally, and they couldn't find anything. Well Robertsdale knew exactly what my problem was and said to bring it and they would fix it under warranty. So I walked out with a new blower and scheduled appointment for my lawnmower fix. I couldn't be happier. They have tons of accessories and parts if you need them. I know for sure they carry scag, echo, stilh and a few other brands.

Only for me to return it because they set the carburetor to run only at 100% RPMs. When I questioned their work, they refused to warranty their work despite the my concerns clearly obvious. 3. Just now, I answered their automatic text stating that my yard machine was "ready" for pick up, assuming that it was repaired. Only to arrive to be told that the device was not economical to repair. They could have saved me a trip by leaving me a voicemail to say that. This is laziness on their part. And I highly question what they told me was the root cause of the problem with my machine. When I asked for a specific replacement device to purchase, they told me they were out of stock. Did not make any effort to save a sure sale. I just walked out. I will NOT use this business again.
