The realtor I was in touch with, James Neal, is perhaps one of the most unprofessional people I…read morehave ever met. I am a tenant in a property that was sold by the landlord, and James was the realtor. Despite numerous requests for professionalism and respect, James went out of his way to sneak behind our backs and directly ignore us. James repeatedly entered the property without notifying any residents, conducted house tours without permission or advanced notice, and left external doors unlocked and ajar after leaving the property. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the situation, James refused to acknowledge our requests, and instead insulted the property (he called it "a dump"), insulted our character as tenants and as people, and refused to apologize or change his actions. I would NEVER recommend James Neal to anybody in any capacity - not as a realtor, a bussiness person, or a respectful human being.

Perhaps the remainder of these reviews are from sellers :-/ I bought a house back in March and very unfortunately for me, it was a complete nightmare. The DAY of closing, after everything was signed of course, I come to find out that there was major water damage to the home that was shoddily "repaired" and was NOT on the disclosure! I spent weeks, which turned into months, having to go through the Anderson Group to contact and communicate with the Sellers. No one helped to resolve the situation, let alone provided any sort of help given the circumstance. I was very reasonable as the last thing I wanted to embark on was a lawsuit and I had hoped that all could be resolved peacefully and fairly for all parties. Instead, I was left feeling duped and tossed aside! Definitely not an experience I would wish upon anyone, and 100% not professional. Josh Anderson was "too busy" to be bothered with the gross negligence. Needless to say, I am not impressed nor would I recommend working with this firm after this experience.
