She goes to an extend where she actually so belittles you and raising her voice when you, the patient is asking questions. I heard even from staff members how she is just a bad person they do have to work with. Talked to a neighbor months ago who lost his eyesight due to them. I was limited as very few options here in Scranton so I went to them and regret deeply.
