Their "king" bed is really uncomfortable. They pushed two twin beds together which suck when you're lying right on the crack. The sheets are not luxurious for a 5-star. 2. No wifi in our room. However my sister's room in room 54 had wifi. 3. For a 5-star, you really shouldn't be decorating with FAKE flowers!!!! My sister and I were pretty shocked by this. Don't get me wrong, the inside lobby was tastefully decorated but the fake flowers really depreciates the level of luxury especially if it's a "luxury" hotel. Get real flowers stat! 4. No pool or jacuzzi! Other than that, this hotel should be commended by their services. If you are in Beaune and don't mind a 7 min ride to the center of town, stay here!

The bartender is very nice and the hotel owner hangs out at night to welcome you and knows the details of your stay. They arrange to call domaines as well to help you with wine tastings.

This place used to be the hospital for the town and you can see how it was set up including an apothecary, kitchens, chapel, and some unique bedding arrangements. When i called to the front desk, they were dismissive and said no one is available to clean the room and there are no other rooms available to offer. I was forced to use the public restroom in the lobby until the room was cleaned the next day. Staff is rude. The rooms aren't cleaned. Not worth it. There are better options literally everywhere.

Extremely comfortable bed as well. Everything was stunning. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. They recommended two outstanding restaurants and made reservations for us (you need them). Probably the best food we ate our honeymoon. Breakfast was outstanding! Really delicious selection. And have a drink of chartreuse at their bar! Overall, a truly remarkable hotel and lifetime experience. I hope I will get to stay here again.

Their staff is just as great. Only one downside...no elevator. Normally I wouldn't care about that, but unfortunately I never travel light and my bags are always too heavy. Other than that, it was super comfortable, big rooms, nice bathroom and good beds! We had great wine and food thanks to Bruno and his staff. We can't wait to come back!
