Dennis welcomed my wife and I as soon as we walked in the door and after I explained my situation and target types of waters he took me straight to the perfect affordable setup. He expertly answered my questions and refrained from trying to upsell me to the readily available much more expensive options. Once we'd made our choices he left us to wander the store browsing. In the end I walked out with a nice rod and reel combo, a few extra leads and tippets and a big smile on my face. If you a tired of the big stores where they treat you more like money bags than fellow anglers, check out Little River Outfitters. I went to an event this past weekend, where there was a huge inflated yellow duck and you could pull in front of it with your Jeep to have your photo with your phone. There are also monthly events scheduled. Some of the events I learned about included the Jeep invasion. with some 1000 jeeps that had registered and at least 600 showed up! There was a topless event which involved driving Jeeps all through the Smoky Mountains, with tops down, a Poker Run, and many others. Watch the schedule for details. Next to the Jeep store is a merch trailer, a picnic area with tables, and a newly opened store for Bigfoot in the Smokies. There will also be a store for ladies Jeep related clothing. You don't need to own a jeep to attend the Bigfoot festival scheduled for May 4, 2024. It will have food trucks, live music, and many different vendors with a competition of wood carving by chainsaw, much of it Bigfoot related. That will take place just down the road from the stores

We have rented three years in a row from this company and every time there has been some issue…read more There is really no other bike rental near here so either you rent from them or not at all. We always have called in advance and are assured they have our bikes ready. The first 2 times, the wife was super nice but the husband was screaming at her and talking so ugly to his wife we almost just walked out but felt bad for the wife. This time we called in advance and she assured us she'd have 6 bikes charged and ready for us. We got there and she said there was only 5. She warned us that they were new bikes so we had better not "wreck or go through mud puddles". I guess she was going to rent them out and sell for new of someone wanted to purchase one. We all decided not to rent any from them. The electric bikes are a blast but doing business with them is the PITS!

Early Saturday morning ride turned into a very wet ride. I had a wash out accident where my…read morederailleur hanger was bent. I suffered through the rest of the ride with horrible ghost shifting. I called Bear Paw and Audrey to relay what had happened. My bike was covered in mud-NO PROBLEM said Audrey. They had a bike wash and Trent said to bring it in and he'd take a look. I am from out of town leaving the next day so timely service was pretty important. As thought, my hanger was bent and Trent's expert eye caught that my chain was missing a link causing extra stress on the hanger. Needless to say they got the bike washed, got the chain and hanger straightened out. He also made a couple of adjustments while I sat on the bike and now it's perfect. The bike looks and rides as new as when I first got it! These guys are first rate all the way. Super friendly and very accommodating.
