My husband wanted to stay longer because he wanted to fish more, my 3 year old daughter wanted to hug and pet the goats, and my 22 month old son wanted to drive the toddler McLaren car. Unfortunately, it was I who wanted to leave because I had a killer migraine. Suffice to say, we will return on a day where I don't have an all-day migraine so that I have the energy to push my toddler in that car. Parking is plentiful and is free. Restrooms are portapotties. The wooden boards and the net at the end of the museum is another adventure for all kids and not available in other museums. This was the first time I saw my kid feeling the courage to climb over the ropes and explore. The paid parking area near the museum has good number of spots but the signs can be confusing as it says "only reserved" and you tend to wonder if you will get ticketed. There are portapotties at the park and a real restroom a small walk down the path. Park is great for kids to use their imaginations and play, which is so much fun. Great spot to bring a ball and play catch or picnic to sit and relax or bikes! Can get hot - wear sunscreen if the weather is nice. Friends said it's also fun to bring bikes or a stroller and hit up the cafe (a bit of distance from the playground) and have some sweet potato fries.

There is a separate area for games with most being around $1, which I feel is very reasonable these days and even private rooms for parties and a small bar area for 21+ with drink offerings (no active staffing through the week but there was a sign to speak to an employee to order). The play area was clean and their staff were nice and informative upon entry. I can see they have brought in additional games and bounce houses over the last 6 months compared to previously posted photos, which seems to fill the space better. Very affordable pricing for mid-week (under $9) and comparable prices to other play places for the weekends (about $14). We will definitely be back for future visits.

Make sure you wear shoes you feel comfy bowling in. It will affect your game. 3. Lanes are not oiled or properly marked!!!! This is the most important part of bowling otherwise you are just shooting blind. The balls were just going every which way regardless of how good your throw was!! 4. The space before the lane was wayyy shorter than a standard bowling alley making it impossible to do a proper approach!!! It took a whole game to adjust. I'm sure this place is fine to come for the arcade, laser tag, or other activities. But if you are expecting real bowling, you won't find it here!!!
