My Yorkie has been a Camp Bow Wow Humble camper since this location opened. We absolutely Love Camp Bow Wow. The staff is super friendly, attentive and keep a close eye on monitoring dogs. Facility is always very clean. Awesome daily activities offered....I Love it! My Yorkie definitely enjoys himself at daycare and comes home happy and tired. Thank you Staff for taking care of my Little Nippy and all you do!! Picture: My Yorkie enjoying Rainbow Story-Time.

If I could give -5 stars I would. Exactly a week ago today is when I told the management Tara to give me a call back (which she said she'd reach out to the director or so I hoped after hearing her type "notes for the director"). First, I was accommodating to reschedule my appointment during an inconvenient for me due to them saying the groomer had Covid the week prior. I didn't even bring up the act they kept trying to reschedule me anyway but for once I pushed back and wanted the original appointment. In the end, someone was sick so I have a heart and said when is the earliest you can reschedule. Second, our routine is this: my husband drops off and I schedule for my goldendoodle. Every couple of months, we get the same exact service: wash, no plucking and no dematting (just straight cut/shave). It is our regular. The first time we ever were customers, our dog got the blueberry facial and had an allergic reaction. The last time he got a pluck, he tore a hole in his ear but I didn't even mention it because I said it was a mistake, ok cool. But no, this time...Tara decided to up charge (with the facial and extras) my husband because he does drop off and has to take my 80 pound dog since I cannot lift him. That aside after venting to her about it, I told her the main issue was my dog went in with a custom Etsy dog tag and came out without it. After raising her voice and dismissing me, she said she could go to petco and get an $8 compared to my $26 one. Unacceptable. She then gaslight me saying it was in the policy about collars and that the groomer didn't remove it (even though confirming that she wasn't even back there to verify/witness that). I told her I would like a call back Tuesday morning and that was me being gracious after knowing we had a holiday weekend coming up plus who wants to track this lady down twice to speak to me. We got into a bad auto accident in January which caused my dog to be thrown the back of my now totaled SUV. Someone found him down 59, miles from the accident because he had his old (now scratched up from the wreck) with his dog tag ON! We got him this better quality dog tag after he healed and wasn't afraid to go outside anymore. My dog has not been able to leave our home without a dog tag and they are completely unbothered and not concerned. I am highly disappointed in the disrespectful manner in which I've been handled when communicating (email and calls) and venting my frustrations. I have called corporate and left a message for Rebecca with no call back yet. After spending thousands here, NO MORE. I don't care if it's .5 minutes from my home. Their lack of apathy and readiness to provide remedial measures for this HUGE inconvenience is deplorable and unconscionable. I am honest person so that's the only reason I haven't went as far as being nasty and rude in my efforts to remedy the situation. I guess that's why my kindness is being taken for weakness. Again, no resolution or call back or sense of urgency. Shame on you all. -Sonya Okafor, Esq.

Really disappointed to say we won't be returning here anymore. Our dog loved it the first couple times we brought her and so we bought a package that included 3 days of daycare. We also bring her here to get groomed and she gets to go to the yard to play but after the last 2 times, we won't be back and I'm just wasting the last two days of doggie day care that I already paid for. She was miserable when checking the cameras- she couldn't stand up without getting humped and it went on for hours. The first time this happened I called and told them about it and they said they'd keep a better eye on it and it continued so I called and had them pull her from the yard and I left work early to go get her. Last week I decided to give it another try since it had been months but the same thing happened (I took multiple screenshots both times with proof) and asked to discount my grooming service with the 2 days of daycare I already paid for since I wasn't comfortable putting her in daycare/the yard anymore and they denied that request. Every time I checked the camera, it was happening and they'd eventually walk over and separate the dog from her but turn around and not 2 min later it was happening again so I had them put her in a private kennel again after the grooming service. I was willing to let them make it right and I'd still bring her there to get groomed and have her just in a private kennel after instead but they wouldn't discount it or refund me so now I'm out $$. I get it that dogs will hump every now and again but this was excessive and there were way too many dogs for the one worker in there.. I gave them an opportunity to make it right and they weren't interested.. I posted a couple of the many screenshots that I showed the girl up front. I just saw another review that someone had a similar situation.

I am very sad to say my pet will never be returning to camp bow wow. I really wanted to like it because of how convenient and affordable it is but not if my dog does not feel safe and happy. My dog was stressed the whole time and so was I not being able to pick her up. Watching her suffer on the cameras was difficult. She was constantly humped at daycare and the employees hardly helped her. She came home with scratches on her legs from where dogs were grabbing her to hump her. I really wish they were more attentive with the dogs. There were several times the employees walked by her as she was humped and didn't help her. This is the second time this happens and the first time I was promised it would not happen again and that the employees would be more attentive in the future. I understand dogs are dogs and will do things by instinct but I was told the employees would be attentive to redirect dogs who were humping. I have one more day of day care pre paid but I refuse to take my dog back. I'm incredibly disappointed .

Our dogs are on a diet where they have a mixture of dry and wet food that require refrigeration or freezing. That was no problem at all for the owner to accommodate. The fellas looked well cared for when my son picked them up! My son forgot to check for the dogs blankets when he picked them up and Brian kindly drove them down to the city where we live so that the dogs would have them. Before she went, I'd worked with her on sit, down, take it, leave it, and some spins with decent success. Brian took what she had and built on it, adding heel, come when called, turn, and stay. He returned a noticeably different dog. When we hit some bumps shortly after, he came back out and spent a solid hour with me going over what was actually happening...not just commands and corrections, but why she was behaving the way she was and what she needed from me to feel secure. (Spoiler: she needed me to be more confident and consistent.) He has a way of cutting straight to what matters without overcomplicating it, and more than once he said exactly the right thing at exactly the right moment. What struck me most across both experiences was how much genuine wisdom he brings to his work. He's clearly someone who has learned his craft through deep experience and observation, and it shows in every interaction with the dog and with the owner. On top of all of that, his pricing was incredibly reasonable; boarding and training combined for what many trainers charge for training alone. We felt genuinely taken care of. Kind, patient, perceptive, and exactly what we needed. Highly recommend.

The started to feel as though the pricing was getting too high for my household. Especially after the receptionist told me at my last appointment that there would be another price increase...making my next grooming service $170. After explaining that I may have to shop around for other places she did offer to waive that increase for now (which I appreciated) When I got home from my dog's appointment I felt compelled to call around to see if this price was standard. One local shop told me over the phone the cut I wanted would be $110. So right then and there I thought wow that's a big savings. Before I could schedule with that place my boarding facility had a groomer that I decided to give a chance. Well, I was able to get a typical poodle cut/shaping (the same I got at Spoiled Mutts) for $85 dollars before tip. Spoiled Mutts has always been good to my fur babies but I just can't justify their pricing anymore.

I even clarified, "So the first dose lasts 2 months and it's comped?" and was told yes. Twice. By 2 different people. When I arrived for my appointment, they ran the quote again and suddenly that was no longer true. Instead, they said only Revolution could be comped, which is a 1 month topical, not the 2 month medication I was originally told about. At that point, it's not even about the money, it's the principle. I made my decision based on the information your staff gave me, and then it completely changed when I got there. So now: * My cat Tilly was stressed in a crate for over an hour for no reason * My time was wasted * Your front desk staff had to deal with a frustrated client (I know it's not entirely their fault they are doing their best and are very kind) * Your clinic lost a customer entirely All over a single dose of medication that could have easily been honored. Terrible business call on your part. Really disappointing experience. My cat Tilly gives yall two paws down.
