They answered right away, were VERY polite and scheduled someone to come in two days time. I had to provide my own supplies, which was not a problem. (otherwise it was $80 more!) Sandra showed up 5 min early, and was polite, if a bit surly. I left, and came back later in the afternoon. From the results, I've got to say I'm not dissatisfied, but certainly not impressed. Overall, it was what I could have done in 4 hours, and I was hoping for a bit more from a professional. The floors and stove looked great, but I did leave out clean sheets, which were not changed, but the bed was made. The shower was wiped, but still grimey, and my tub looked a bit worse than when I left it. Also - there were huge dust bunnies under the bed! Still! The windowsills were not cleaned, and I guess a bunch of little things I thought would be done, weren't. My apartment is tiny, a studio, but maybe I should have ordered something more thorough than a General Cleaning. I dunno. They also called me and left a message saying that I need for next time: a string mop (sponge is no good), rags (they improvised with some hand towels), paper towels (I guess she didn't find the dispenser), and bleach (which was under the cabinet). So, I wouldn't really recommend, but they weren't bad. My house DOES smell nice now. If there is a next time, I'll try someone else, though.

Weird, can't believe I got here first. Okay, here goes:…read more I went with McMaid after reading how difficult it was to schedule "Maid 2 Perfection". When I first called, the rep on the other end was really curt & not particularly pleasant. I really didn't care, as long as the actual housecleaner did a great job. Thankfully she did. But, she was also an hour late. I was still buried under boxes & packing peanuts, so it wasn't a big deal. But she was still an hour late. Once Flenora got started tho, she was a monster. We cleaned the apt every week and I've never seen it shine like this. I would've went with a full five stars, but gotta hold them accountable for the rudeness & the lateness. In the end, we got back our security deposit, so, that's all that matters.
