He called me to ream me out, threatened to kick me out if he saw me again, and when I tried to explain why I had placed the pamphlet on his car, he reamed me out again and hung up on me. We liked even the name because we are family and wanted someone who understand us. Beth and her colleague Shervoughn (I think this is the spelling) were both very professional and helpful for choosing our glasses. We did not meet Dr. Singh, but we met Dr. Maharaja his wife (the couple are the co-owner of the business). Dr. Maharaja was very knowledgeable and also very kind. She explained thoroughly every steps of our eye exams. My wife and I were soon at ease and happy to have found this place as everyone who works there seems wanting to be helpful. While we ere in the clinic to choose our glasses we saw our old friends Peter and Annette who were visiting the store for the first time. The Optometrist is not very friendly and doesn't walk you through the exam at all. I booked an eye exam as well as a contact lens fitting and she didn't do the contact lens fitting at all. She didn't talk to me at all about my exam results either. She was short with her responses and was unapproachable. The office is crammed as the opticians section at the front of the office is packed and there's barely anywhere to move around. Once I was done my exam I went to the front desk to get my new prescription, and noticed that there was not any contact lens information. When I asked about it, the opticians were extremely reluctant to provide my contact lenses prescription details and told me that it was their property, refused to give me any information about it, and told me that I HAD to buy my contacts from them. They then tried to sell me a years worth package deal of contacts and solution. I ended up buying a trial package to try and get the details off of that so I could buy my own elsewhere. They also told me I had an astigmatism which the Optometrist didn't mention at all, and that was the first time that any one had said anything to me about having an astigmatism, and then when I was confused about her mentioning that, the Optician said "oh never mind it's probably not a big deal". Pretty concerning.

I further inquired whether the exam measures intraocular pressure (the gold standard for assessing glaucoma) and the staff shrugged and scratched their arses! This staff had to ask the optometrist!
