We liked even the name because we are family and wanted someone who understand us. Beth and her colleague Shervoughn (I think this is the spelling) were both very professional and helpful for choosing our glasses. We did not meet Dr. Singh, but we met Dr. Maharaja his wife (the couple are the co-owner of the business). Dr. Maharaja was very knowledgeable and also very kind. She explained thoroughly every steps of our eye exams. My wife and I were soon at ease and happy to have found this place as everyone who works there seems wanting to be helpful. While we ere in the clinic to choose our glasses we saw our old friends Peter and Annette who were visiting the store for the first time. Later we discovered that other family (Armani) and friends go to the same place. I guess the great minds (hahaha) think alike!

We just had our appointment this past Wednesday with Dr. Thiessen, and he was absolutely amazing! The whole staff is super friendly and easy to talk to. I was worried my son would have a freak out with having lights shined in his eyes but Dr. Thiessen was so awesome with him and was able to keep him calm and happy. He was so informative and easy to talk to and discuss any concerns I have for myself or my son. The nurse helping me pick new glasses was so fun to deal with, gave me so many options and opinons on what looked good. When I was finished and bought my new glasses they told me it would be about 2 weeks... they called me 2 days after my appointment to tell me they are ready! Such a quick turn around! They were completely booked but Dr MacNeill was able to squeeze me in. It turns out I have an eye infection and my contact lens was scratched as well. She provided me with drops, home treatment supplies and advice and a new temporary lens until I get home to see my regular doctor. The entire staff was extremely professional, friendly, responsive and took great care of me. Very grateful for their help. If you are looking for an optometrist, look no further!

I had purchased a couple (pricey) sunglasses online; when I received them, the arms were too wide. I googled eyeglass repair shops and this place was among the first couple establishments suggested. Desperate for any form of help and/or advice, I stopped by the place. The owner (sorry, I forgot his name) was so incredibly helpful. As challenging as it was to make adjustments due to the style of the glasses, he was able to figure out a solution. I was so ecstatic!!! Not only did he amend the alignment of the temple arms so I could now wear my glasses, he did so expecting NO COMPENSATION! I was so eternally grateful, I persisted to INSIST he accept my offer of payment. Afterward, he gave me a lovely token (glasses care products). I'm am in AWE of his kindness and professionalism! Update! I had an emergency happen when I somehow scratched…read moreone of my eye glass lenses 2 days before a 2 week trip to asia. I dropped it off and was told that they would try their best to get it done by the next day. When I called the next day, to my horror and not their fault they said that the work was not done because their courier did not pick up my glasses due to the big snow storm we had the previous day. Clarence the owner assured me that he would drive up to Richmond Hill ( where the lab was) and get it done and drop it off to my house that night. And he did at 10pm, 6 hours before my flight! The fact that he went above and beyond my expectations totally blew me away! I offered to pay extra for his gas etc and he vehemently declined.... This is 5 star service in my books!!
