She put my mind at ease (I had been on the fence and contemplating brows for a long time), walked me through the process and then delivered on everything she said. I could not be happier with my new Nano brows. She is lovely to talk with, explains everything she is doing as she does it and makes sure you are happy with her artistry each step of the way. I have mature, dry skin, not always easy to work with, and I absolutely love my new brows. I have always been self conscious about them and that changed with one appointment. Thank you Christine! After spending 650 dollars and picking this particular business I expected great results and great service to which I didn't receive either. Hard earned money down the drain. After caring for my brows in the healing process waiting for my micro blading and shading to reappear after being informed they would they never did. I contacted this business and communicated my concerns and heard nothing back. They expect you to pay 650 dollars and then return for a touch up and pay 150 more dollars. I just wasted money the first visit why would I return. Worst experience and bad customer service. Beware. Just because they have a big Instagram following and she has a waiting list doesn't necessarily mean you'll get good service. Lesson learned.

This young woman is amazing! I first met Victoria when I accompanied my adult daughter to get her…read moreeyebrows tattooed. I was impressed throughout the process. The location is easy to find with plenty of parking. The building and her suite are both immaculately clean and professional. Victoria does wonderful work and is even a trainer for new estheticians. She is also a nurse, which allows her more freedom with numbing agents (a real plus in my book) and lends her practice an air of quality not found in other establishments. When I mentioned to Victoria that I haven't had eyebrows in almost a year because they just haven't grown back after chemo, she offered to tattoo eyebrows for me for free. Once she completed her work, which included precise measurements, feeling the bones of my brows (because I have no hair to go by), and choosing the best colors for my face and head hair, she went to work creating remarkable brows for me. The sharp lines combined with the subtle shading make the tattoos look like real eyebrows. I am utterly astonished and thrilled to have eyebrows again. The lack of eyebrows along with the caps to cover my nearly bald head just screamed "cancer patient." Now, I have eyebrows to go along with the head hair slowly growing back in. I can't tell you what that means to me. If you are wary of eyebrow tattooing because of the horror stories out there, please go to Victoria. You won't regret it.
