Amanda, the owner of The Refinery Lab, is not only at the top of her industry but someone you…read morehonestly want to support! I loved every minute of getting my lip filler and Botox and felt completely at ease and had 100% confident in Amanda's abilities; leaving zero questioning if I'd absolutely love my results or not. She was very direct about what to expect considering I had already gotten them done before and felt more like a friend than another awkward service provider that you're trying to make small talk with. Two days post-appointment, and my lips look SO natural and exactly what I wanted. After having a horrible experience a couple years back, I thought I'd never get into fillers again, and thought thats what they would look like if I got them done again. What struck me most, was when she questioned why I wanted Botox in the areas I did which further went on about a discussion on not doing services on people if she feels they won't end up happy with the results, it won't look natural, or if you simply don't need it. It's hard to trust people this day in age, and you can really tell she's put her whole heart and soul into this and powers her business off integrity. I got a follow up call from her today, and that's something no service provider has taken the extra step to do for me as their client before. Just showing that much more professionalism in ensuring happy customers and strengthening her thriving business. This is a business I will gladly and most importantly, CONFIDENTLY, refer to everyone I know and will be a life long customer myself. We can all learn from these hard working women at The Refinery Lab. Hopefully in reading this, you will have full faith in getting your beauty services done here. Thank you for being such an inspiring woman and setting precedence in the ever fast, and growing beauty industry! Also note, that the location of the building is in downtown Miami so plan to be there at least 20min prior to your appointment. I was supposed to be there 15min early and with traffic, parking, and having to walk to find the building I ended up being 2minutes late. As a service provider myself it's irritating having late clients so don't risk losing your appointment! I hope this review gives whomever reading it a clear indication as to why these ladies deserve to earn your business!:)

This is extremely unprofessional especially since the business claims to open at 9am and at 9:45 there's still no one here. I'm basically waiting standing up in front of the door with nowhere to sit. I decided to give this place a second chance but I'm definitely never coming back here. Waste of my time and money.

My daughter and I walked in while the…read morestore was completely empty, yet the employees made eye contact with us and continued their personal conversation instead of acknowledging or assisting us. After waiting a few minutes, another couple walked in and received immediate attention. From my perspective, the difference in how we were treated felt upsetting and discriminatory. Customer service should be consistent for everyone, and this experience left us feeling overlooked and unwelcome. Needless to say, we chose to leave without making a purchase. Experiences like this only reinforce why I've found Miami's customer service culture difficult at times.

I recently purchased Gaiac 10 at the Le Labo Wynwood store. While I love the fragrance, I was…read moredisappointed with the in-store experience. After making the purchase, I asked if they could provide me with a few complimentary samples to take on an upcoming trip. I was told that I would have to purchase the samples instead. For a luxury fragrance brand, especially after purchasing one of their more expensive City Exclusive fragrances, I expected a little more generosity and warmth in the customer experience. It wasn't a major issue, but it definitely took away from what should have been a more enjoyable luxury shopping experience. I really like Le Labo and Gaiac 10, but based on this experience, if I purchase from Le Labo again, it will probably be online rather than in-store.

I live down the block and, unfortunately, my insurance no longer works with CVS, so I'm forced to come here a lot. I've never seen such an inefficient and understaffed pharmacy. If I have to pick up a prescription, I allocate at least 30 minutes. I have literally wasted days of my time over the past two years waiting just to pick up medication. On top of that, the general store is the most under stocked location that I've ever seen. You can't rely on this store for anything.

It's not that these guys have a unique boutique as much as their expertise and their customer service. Their vibe is hella cool, they love what they do, taught me stuff I didn't know, gave honest opinions on what would suite me or not. They also didn't have one I wanted at the time so they made a special order for me and had it delivered to me since I live out of state and sent me some gifts with it. So relaxing! It felt so good! I could feel every single step! This is not a usual facial as you imagine it. This treatment is perfunctory. Do not expect that you will be sitting under a fluffy towel and falling asleep. A Hydrafacial is all about getting to work on your skin. In fact I've read somewhere they call it a "gym workout for your skin"! So when I say I felt it.. I mean it! When my facial was done my skin was bright and glowing when I looked in a mirror. . My skin feels smoother and looks more radiant and plumped now. Honestly it was somewhat strange to touch my own face..it's like I got a new skin!
