The cakes we tried were delicious. We got a variety, which included lime, birthday, Cami classic chocolate and cookie butter. I might return, the prices are a little steep for me. read more

The cupcakes are absolutely amazing. I ordered my husband's birthday cake here which was outstanding. I ordered my daughters and the decoration wasn't done properly and I still have received a response from the manager. It was supposed to look like a martini glass was spilled down the side of a cake that had shades of dark purple to light but instead it was pink and purple and looked like a ying & yang sign. Super disappointed since it was my daughter's 21st bday! read more

Giving them five stars because I have been a customer in Atlanta with Camicakes since 2013. I arrived to their McKinney location today 7/11/26 to find that the store has been closed down. It doesn't show it online but yes folks. I will save you the drive. The store is closed down. I live in Lewisville but whenever I'm remotely close to McKinney I try to stop over and grab a cupcake. I'm so sad. I know this economy has been hard for small businesses but I hope the close of the brick and mortar location isn't the permanent disappearance of Camicakes in the DFW metro area. Hope to see you guys somewhere soon!!! read more

The cupcakes here are amazing and the owner is very friendly. He came be a rundown on all the flavors and his favorites. They also have lots of different daily specials that they post on their Facebook page. Hard to pick a favorite since I have loved all the different cupcakes I have tried. read more

These are the best cupcakes I've had in a long time. Since bliss in Allen closed I've been looking for another cupcake place to frequent. The batter, the frosting are so good. Not too sweet, just the right amount. The young lady was very patient as I vlogged and asked questions abt all the different flavors. Definitely check them out! read more

I debated between either four or five stars. We went in this evening after seeing so many favorable reviews. It did not disappoint. Walking in I was overwhelmed with so many flavor options. They were all perfectly made with great presentation. We got a box of six and rate them in order the following order: 1. Cinnamon swirl 10 out of 10 2. Strawberry 9.5 out of 10 3. Peach cobbler 5.5 out of 10 4. Cookie Dough 4 out of 10 5. Birthday Sprinkles 2 out of 10 The cake itself is lovely but it is the same cake throughout all of the cupcakes. If it were more customized with each flavor I would easily round up to a FIVE star rating. read more

LISTENNNNNN!! This is the BEYONCÉ of cupcakes. Her carrot cupcake is out of this world good! I went to a birthday party last week and a guest brought a dozen of her cupcakes with ALL flavors, my Lord in HEAVEN it was divine ! My friend has been sneaking back every few days for more cupcakes! If I lived close I would be there EVERY WEEK! Her website is really cute, easy to order from and she stays open surprisingly late for a dessert shop! Her signature strawberry cupcake is also a winner! read more

First time at this shop. Found out about them thru Too Good To Go app. Went to pick up my TGTG order, and I'm so glad I did! The shop is smaller than I expected, but the display is beautifully inviting. I received a box with four cupcakes, and each one was absolutely delicious. The staff were super helpful and welcoming, making the experience even better. Definitely worth a try, whether you're grabbing a sweet deal or just indulging in some great cupcakes! read more

I was exited to try this place sadly the taste of these cupcakes is bland. They actually taste worse than a box cake and store brought frosting .....Sam's club bakery is better than this (I do order cakes and cupcakes from them) me and my 20 yr old daughter agreed these were nothing special and overpriced. I can not believe this is a bakery the taste is below subpar they need to revamp the recipe on these ASAP these are sad for them to be a small business ...small business cupcakes usually blow it out the water read more

Such amazing cupcakes and I am so thankful to have them in McKinney! HIGHLYYYY recommend the carrot cupcake and the red velvet cupcake! If you're wanting to try a little bit of every flavor, they also have mini cupcakes with a pack of several flavors! I don't live in McKinney so I don't make it here often, but we enjoyed our cupcakes. I enjoyed the cream cheese frosting topped ones I tasted. Stopped by for the first time and I will definitely be back. Located in north west McKinney, this little cupcake shop wowed me with their variety of cupcakes! There is definitely something for anyone's liking. I decided to try the Pineapple and coconut cupcake and all though it was dense, frosting was a little sweet, but overall a great treat. Service was quick, items are priced at about $4+ each. Definitely worth a try. read more

Visited CamiCakes to get a treat for the family. It's a small location but definitely big enough. There were even a table and some chairs if people wanted to sit in. They have a great selection of cupcakes. I should have gotten more, but I only did 4 this time. Everyone enjoyed them. Staff was friendly. Definitely will be back! read more

OMG, the cupcakes were the closest thing to heaven. The selection, the freshness, the customer service, the taste, I can go on and on. There was a point where I was stopping at CamiCakes every day to get at least one. I definitely would recommend especially on the days where your sweet tooth is begging for something. It's not too sweet and although it's not moist, it is dense and delicious. And don't get me started on the selection... I don't know if everything is made to order, but I've never went in and asked for a flavor and had to wait. Five thumbs up for CamiCakes! read more

I had never heard of Cami Cakes until I received a birthday delivery sent from a friend in Houston. The second I opened the box I knew I was in for a sinful dessert. I will preface by saying I don't even like cupcakes, but I figured I would try them since they were sent by a friend. It is so difficult to stop eating these, the cake portion is so moist and a perfect texture, and the frosting is out of this world. Everything is so flavorful and mixes so well. I am a dedicated Cami cakes cupcake lover. read more

We got 3 cupcakes, 2 of them were dry and ratio to frosting was a little much. Overall, they were okay. My son only took a few bites and didn't want anymore. cute place and concept. Nice lady, but we probably won't come back unfortunately. I'm a little bummed as I wanted to really like the cupcakes. read more

The store is very basic and plain. There is no signage on the wall with menu or prices. It looks like someone set it up that day. The staff was unprofessional. I purchased 2 different types of cupcakes, and they tasted exactly the same. The literal glob of icing on top of them had the texture of crisco. The cupcake itself appeared to have simple syrup poured on it. I tried a bite of each one and ended up throwing them in the trash. Hard pass for me. read more

I came out of town from CT to visit and was looking for a bakery! This bakery drew me in from the 5 star rating and reviews. Once I seen the review I was desperately making my way to make a visit. Five star across the board. The shop is Black owned which is a plus to me! The workers were very informative and friendly! The variations of cupcakes were very wide and lase but not least the cup cakes were absolutely delicious. The frosting is definitely sweet but delicious. The cupcakes size are a very good size for the price and they stayed moist even after the next day! I will definitely be coming back! read more

These should be illegal. It's not ok. I feel like this is a calculated strategy to undermine Texas sports by men from out of state. John and Nolan look like movie-star athletes, but they have brought a secret weapon... a weapon against our skinny pants. I've been trying for months to get healthy. I do not even like desserts. Now, I'm sitting in my sweatpants looking at an empty box where a baker's dozen of these Crack-Cakes were an hour ago. These people seem like some of the finer men you could run across. In an age of all this controversy about immigration, I decided to give these newcomers a chance ... a little kindness and support. With affable smiles and Southern gentility, John and Nolan ushered me back on the Fat Wagon, but in the good graces of my beautiful wife. Every flavor they had was amazing. Try flavors that you would never want. Each one was Remarkable! That is the true test which they passed with a perfect score. If you're sad, try a few. If you have a woman who will not succumb to your charms, get yourself a box. There is NO resisting these. read more

Fantastic cupcakes! The key lime, lemon drop, and blueberry cheesecake are my favorites but I haven't tried a flavor I didn't like!
