Parking was a beast on a Saturday afternoon, but we finally got a spot. The patio and indoors were pretty full with smiling faces and people enjoying all sorts of goodies. Smoothies, Boba, Lemonade, Tea + Lemonade, Ice Cream, Baked Goods and more! The kids knew they wanted a scoop of ice cream so one scoop of Dumont Chocolate and Cookies and Snow were chosen. They loved both flavors and licked their bowls clean. I chose a Strawberry Tea Lemonade and it was delicious. The fresh mint + fresh lemonade and the black tea, it was all the perfect balance. Knowing this is in the area, we'll definitely be back to try it again!

Here's what happened... I went there to have a "taste of home" after moving to Texas 2 yrs ago. Sad to say, this location is not anywhere near the quality of the original Abbott's locations in Rochester, NY. Ordered an ice cream birthday cake over phone the day before for pick up the next day. Cake was not ready at time I had picked and I was told to come later, horrible customer service, especially after having waited 10+ min for manager to greet me in the store ( I was the only customer). Very rude customer service, but the cake we received was horrible! It had no flavor at all and tastes NOTHING like an Abbott's ice cream cake should taste! This Abbott's should be ashamed of its ice cream quality! No chocolate crunch between levels of ice cream, poor quality flavorless ice cream. We will never go back there & would never recommend to anyone else. Poor customer service and even poorer ice cream quality!

The staff was super friendly but it did look like she was bogged down running the whole place during a busy weeknight. Ambiance could be better, though the place was very well decorated and cute, there was no music! The shop itself is tiny but they've definitely made do with the available seating (all seating is by the wall and some outdoor patio sets) so don't expect to bring a huge group here.
