Camex Dendai Auto Electrical, has a new owner! In April 2013, the new owner Alan Smith purchased this business from long time owner, Alan Michell. Our family car was in his workshop for almost 8 weeks, with an unknown diagnosis. There was no courtesy vehicle available for us, so taking the children to school and shift work became a huge burden. Every week, Alan Smith would give us a new answer to the problem, but with no solution as he admitted to not knowing what was wrong then sending it to another auto electrician to fix it, (without our consent). I am very disappointed with this business as he still has not fixed our car. If only he was honest in telling us he did not know how to fix our car, it would have saved us a lot of frustration and inconvenience. Today's comment from him when I took it back after the engine light kept coming on, he said something like, "It's getting too hard, it's easier if you report me to the Dept of Fair Trading. Get out of my yard." 1 star rating goes to the business for being in a good central location...... consumer beware! read more
