This place defines what good customer service is all about. Had to replace a broken headlight for our Honda Jazz, gave them a call and was told to bring the car in. So the next day I trundled over to the store and met with one of the sales people. They found the correct replacement bulb, ran through my price options and (get this) even installed the new headlights and parking lights for me - no service fee. As it turned out one of the replacement parking lights was defective, not an issue, the guy simply went back inside and got another one fresh from another packet. Headlights are working well. I hope they train all their staff to be as helpful and accommodating as that. Even though he was the only staff member able to look after the counter he was still able to go above and beyond. read more
